Our dream is to live in Leavenworth, but right now we are a little over an hour. We love it there. It is so beautiful. There is so much more to do than just the shops too.

Thanks for the comment! This video was shot during the second weekend in December 2020. During the holidays, Leavenworth tends to be very busy. It may be hard to avoid crowds during the weekend. Maybe try a visit during the weekday? They have tried to mitigate crowd size by leaving the lights on throughout the week. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the comment! The lights usually start after Thanksgiving and stay on through the winter months. Snow can start in November and run into the spring.
Leavenworth is such a beautiful place but it can be sometimes horrible living there. During the winter there is so much traffic so if you live there its hard to get around. And during the summer if you live by the river people go onto your property and leave behind trash mostly tourists. October fest is also torture due to all the drunk people going onto other peoples lawns or parking infront of their driveway. I live there its a nice place but it could get really annoying living there at times.
Looks like a neat place, but must opt out. I just cannot accept the acceptance of the permission of the western states to accept anarchy, refunding police and deviant lawmakers. Sorry. My personal opinion. David

I think the crowd was quite less only because of pandemic. Everyone is not so comfortable with travelling to holiday places in covid times.
Its busy in Leavenworth every weekend....make sure you bring your wallet its not cheap 😆
