PS22 Chorus of 2013 does a lively acoustic cover of one of my favorite songs right now, "Feels Like We Only Go Backward" by the ultra-cool indie band TAME IMPALA! The kids only started this today at rehearsal, and did a rather amazing job considering (or NOT considering)..... Additional props go to our new drummer Nicholas, and the phenomenal duo of Jianna & Matthew!!

This video is 10 years ago. these kids must be probably 20 years old at least now and already in college university. I hope they once in awhile they come back to this video and watch how awesome their childhood was and having a cool music teacher

Wow...just wow. Amazing. The two leads have voices in sync and perfect standout while the chorus section nailed it and also had the pitch just right. Young voices have such a range. You can see the love in their bodies, it's undeniable.

I love that they get to sing this song, but i also really love that they can sway along to the music and be expressive with it and have fun! That's just so neat! I remember my choir director made us stand still and always encouraged us to sing with our eyebrows raised (instead of smiling, i'm sure there was a reason but idk). They look like they're having such fun and they sound wonderful!
