You need to find Pommy first, she is seen in the elevators 51:58 (I don't remember but you have to collect a certain amount of Pieces for her to appear.) After seeing it there, go to 1:01:14 And talk to her, she will say that she saw akabon(red Bomber) so go to 1:05:07 And the red Bomber has joined your team! (Sorry about my English, it's horrible I hope you understood something :/ )
