Evangelist Joyce Rodgers was a direct blessing to me. I unexpectedly received a word of confirmation as she preached a Mother's Day message at Mt. Airy COGIC in Phila. in 2006. Her theme was "Your Household is Blessed," 2Samuel, chapter 6. I leaped for joy upon hearing it. For months, I spoke and walked that word she released from the Lord until it came to pass. GLO-RAY! Halleluiah!

It had totally slipped my mind that Evangelist Rodgers & Supt Melton Timmons we’re siblings! I’m from East TX & I’ve known Supt Timmons for years. My mom is an evangelist & they were friends and when I was young we used to visit his home church a LOT, Rising Star COGIC in Gladewater TX. They had the best choir❣️✨
