Class 158 Action Trains at Penryn Station (Cornwall) 30th December 2020

Welcome to another train spotting session. I am at Penryn Station in Cornwall on the Maritime Branch Line (Truro - Falmouth Docks Branch)
Here we see services operated by Great Western Railway and trains spotted includes the following:
Class 158: 158760 & 158765
The Class 158's don't normally operate in this line, Class 150 are mainly used on this line, but because Great Western Railway are short of 150's to complement services on the Falmouth Branch, they send over not 1 but 2 158's which was the first time that has happened as on a few occasions there has been 1 158 operating the route. Filmed on a Wednesday which see's 2 trains per hour operating between Monday to Saturday & 1 train per hour on Sunday's.
It's not a long video, but you see the loop which was installed back in 2008 becasue of growing demand for it's popular villages & towns on this line such as Truro (Cornwall main capital), Penryn for the University and the tourist town of Falmouth.
