I don't think there is one in the UK at Platforms, I know there is 2 loops between Par and Newquay, but not stations as its passing different signal boxes at St Blazey & Goonbarrow.
Just had a thought, there is a few I know in Devon. There is Eggesford, Credition & Topsham station with passing loops at stations. Sorry didn't of it until now. Hope that helps.
