It's interesting you mention trichotillomania despite not having it. I suffer from trich, it's definitely a different 'thing' than 'normal' stimming or even other types of pain stimming. I never thought it might be related to my autism until now. Historical fact: characters in ancient Greek literature pulled out their hair to grieve.
I'am 48 now but was diagnosed at 24. My most common stims are rocking back and forth and touching my thumb to each of my fingertips in sequence, like sticking my arms up my shirt/jacket sleeves and crossing my arms across my chest tightly. Also have chewing stim fingernails mostly. also bought an adult pacifier that i chew/suck on when i'am trying to sleep and helps immensely. Also weighted blankets are gods gift to the world.:)

i mean im pretty sure im not autistic, but like i do stim alot in alot of different ways
Neurotypical people stim too, but if you find yourself relating to a lot of autistic traits do some research, and maybe look into an evaluation 🤷♀️
20:34 actually Normal originally means statistically average. But who wants to be average, boring, nothing special person 🤷
