Hello! I would like to point out a few things you mentioned at 17:11 when talking about "unhealthy food". Eating "healthy" is not about eating all the foods we associate with a healthy body in the Western world. You could eat all the celery stalks in the world and still be unhealthy because of the restricting behaviors you have towards food (which would be unhealthy for your mind). "But the minute I fall off" - this way of formulating the changes in your diet makes it sound like a negative thing when really you just enjoyed a food that made you happy. "So you honestly have to kind of avoid it (the junk food)" - I think this is a toxic message. We should not be promoting a restrictive diet of only "good food". Food does not have a moral value; we attribute that value. I think ice cream is a good food because it brings you joy, you make memories with your friends having it, it's delicious! I know you did not mean harm, but please be cautious of your wording. Your influence is bigger than you think! Hope you have a peaceful day :)
No, you are talking nonsense, junk food is bad for the body AND the mind, when we eat junk food we tend to feel more tired, more lazy and in general less happy. This has been proven, not to mention the disastrous consequences on the body. She is right to say that these foods are bad, because they are, especially since they are full of dyes and additives. You can have comfort food, but it better be made without dyes, additives, or whatever. Your message is toxic, because it is a lie and it is pushing others to eat anything. Loving others is knowing how to tell them when their behavior is harmful to them!
