3rd option from command prompt worked perfectly. For some reason the gpedit function and removal of hardware is not permanent because after reboot it reverts back to the same.

Thank you bro, I was going mad because step 1 and step 2 were not working. So i combined all them together and it seems to have finally solved the problem.
it gives same success message. But keyboard still keeps typing :(( Edit: it really succeded after restart. after all the method i tried like devcon etc. I became really hopeless. Ty dude. This solution is literally youtube exclusive, and rare in youtube too. I am talking about the 3. solution ofc. others started to be seen scam to me.

Bro, Basically this method suppose to use when you have two keyboard which is internal and external then you can disable internal keyboard and start using external one. Anyway, since you have disable your your keyboard now you have to follow 2 step. Step one: use one external keyboard and mouse. Then open CMD as administrator and type "sc config i8042prt start= auto" Step two: use one cd or bootable pandrive to Windows your pc/laptop. Thanks
Use one external mouse and go to devise managaer. Look for keyboard and update the adapters. Try this way. If it Doesn't work then go for intall new windows.

But touchpad also stoped working, I want only the keyboard to be disabled

Which Windows you are using now?
You have to open the command prop as an administrator (right click on it, then press open as administrative smthing)
I tried man, but still access denied
No way the 3 methods its not work at all
Run the CMD as administrator and and follow the last method, once you finish just restart your computer. Hope It's will work.
