The music video is set in a hospital, with the man sitting on a bench next to the hospital bed. He is visiting his wife who is nearing the end of her life. The cherry blossoms symbolize his wife's life, while the wind is time, blows away the cherry blossoms, and just like the spring thief stole his wife's life. In another song, "思想犯" (Thought Crime), you can hear how much the man misses his wife. The passing of his wife is also the reason why he starts plagiarizing other people's works.
