I agree and I have seen many who don't even live in America but love America and that idea who to me deserve to be American and are more American than most who live here and claim to be American.

51:12 my grandfather was a Marine in Vietnam. He was also one of the people entrusted with delivering classified documents. A few short years before he died of lung cancer in 2010 he was browsing the internet on his laptop and saw some of those same documents he risked his life to keep secret. The thing with William Westmoreland was he wasn't just a general, he would go on to be the commander of all U.S forces in Vietnam and Army Chief of Staff after that. Not sure what year that exchange was in(Google says he completed his paratrooper school iin 1959 so I'mm going with that)but if the year I'm thinking General Westmoreland would've been commander of the 101st at the point. Absolutely, the kind of general who could override stupid objections.
Was at General Westmoreland's retirement ceremony at Fort Bragg, when I was stationed there. He also wrote a book "A SOLDIER REPORTS", which Iread after I retired from the Army
