Can anyone help to explain - What is the difference between Djinn, Syaitan, and Iblis?
A djinn is a creation from Allah that is created out of smokeless flame. They can be good or bad and a Muslim or non Muslim. A shaytan are what the evil djinns are called. And iblees is the name of the leader of the shayateen. The one who disobeyed Allah and became enemies with Adam (AS) ie us.

Dijnn is a creation of Allah just like the human beings, even they have free will and existed on earth before humans, also even Dijnn have relegions,tribes,languages,there are good jins and even bad.

Shaitan is somone who misguides people form the path of Allah by pouring whispers evil in nature.
Shaitan can be seen in both humans and Dijnn.

On how Christianity can learn from Islam, he says: "Islam can teach us today a way of understanding and living in the world which Christianity itself is the poorer for having lost. At the heart of Islam is its preservation of an integral view of the Universe."
He added that Islam refuses to "separate man and nature, religion and science, mind and matter, and has preserved a metaphysical and unified view of ourselves and the world around us."
In his book A History of the Intellectual Development of Europe, John William Draper wrote:
“Four years after the death of Justinian, A.D. 569, was born at Mecca, in Arabia the man who, of all others, exercised the greatest influence upon the human race… Mohammed, by Europeans surnamed “the Impostor”…Mohammed possessed that combination of qualities which more than once decided the fate of empires. “Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may ask, is there any man greater than he?”

I have a question, If Allah (SWT) kicked out Iblees from Jannah then how did he (Iblees) entered Jannah again at the time of encouraging Adam (AS) and his wife to eat the forbidden fruit? I really feel sorry for our Father and Mother :(
Well the ulama have some answers for this. The first is that he was allowed to come into paradise to briefly try and seduce them. The second is that he might have been able to whisper from afar, you know, sort of like long distance communication nowadays. The bible says he spoke through a serpant, this may also be true. Allah knows best.

@@eggytoast to be honest I do read few books on iblis insights and other angelic qualities related to his ups and downs! But I never come across iblis cursing his future self! Accordance with my understanding it's the originator of the heavens and the earth did curse him! And then straight after the curse was pronounced he asked the originator for a boon to keep him alive till the day of resurrection... So Bee it as its states in various authentic sources! However glancing into the future self not bad concept of acknowledging to THE GOD belongs Good and Evil...deceived and Deceiver both are His... According to the scriptures 👌💎🙌🍎🍏

The video mentioned iblis was first a jinn who believed and was brought up to heaven until he turned on Allah and became iblis. So I’m confused when iblis was in heaven and guarded the gate was he an angel then? Or still in his original form from earth? This would probably explain why Christians say satan was a fallen angel?

There is key element that every scholar and preacher of islam seems to miss out...that is, yes, Iblis was very close to Allah, however, they miss the following, LOOK AT THE MERCY of Allah, even after Iblis disrespects Allah in Allah All Mighty's presence, he then 'begs Allah for mercy and respite' until the day of judgement .
Repent, and always ask ALLAH for forgiveness, that is key here, ALLAH will forgive you, and we must forgive also as ALLAH is the greatest forgiver of ALL.

they have been given the free will just like mankind, of course they will tend to be arrogant creatures, maybe even the concept of hell for them is different from what we know because they themselves are made of fire (perhaps they are not afraid of the doomsday and the afterlife) so they feel it is appropriate to be superior towards mankind
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:
اَلَمْ اَعْهَدْ اِلَيْكُمْ يٰبَنِيْۤ اٰدَمَ اَنْ لَّا تَعْبُدُوا الشَّيْطٰنَ ۚ اِنَّهٗ لَـكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِيْنٌ
"Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy -"

وَّاَنِ اعْبُدُوْنِيْ ۗ هٰذَا صِرَا طٌ مُّسْتَقِيْمٌ
"And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path."

وَلَقَدْ اَضَلَّ مِنْكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِيْرًا ۗ اَفَلَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْقِلُوْنَ
"And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason?"
(QS. Yaseen 36: Verse 62)
أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱجۡتَرَحُواْ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن نَّجۡعَلَهُمۡ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ سَوَآءٗ مَّحۡيَاهُمۡ وَمَمَاتُهُمۡۚ سَآءَ مَا يَحۡكُمُونَ ٢١
Or do those who commit evils think We will make them like those who have believed and done righteous deeds - [make them] equal in their life and their death? Evil is that which they judge.

Ever figure out why Iblis starts with the greatest sin and goes down one level at a time?
To guage the strength of your faith. And plan accordingly.
The plan for the minor sin might be the scariest of them. You might be so convinced of doing too many good deeds here and there that you would have FORGOTTEN just how bad the minor sins truly are until it might be too late. Hence what you mean by if all minor sins gathered together, they shall be the cause of a person's destruction. Because by that point, you might as well have died with 1 to a few major sins on your left shoulder.
“Astaghfirullaha Azee-mallazi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyumu wa atubu ilaih”
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, The Living, The Eternal, and I repent unto Him
Reward: even if he has committed sins as much as the foam of an ocean, still he will be forgiven. [Abu Dawud- 2:85/ Tirmidhi 5:569]

Im not a muslim. Nobodies perfect 😅. Seriously though I've been told to say the words and that my heart and the way i come across is like a muslim other's have said.
I used to go to mosque but in my eyes i commit to many sins. My lifestyle isn't clean enough. Anyway i was looking up iblees/iblis and related stuff to do with that.
If i was a muslim i would live completely clean. No smoking or drinking or women etc. Its to late for a dog like me but i urge anybody who holds faith or is trying to find God/Allah as soon as possible. Our end is coming and a eternity is a long time. Decide where you want to be.
Im living knowing im going to a eternity of pain and torture because of my actions. Dont make my mistakes.
