Those bolts on the Action Trax are going to be a real pain if you ever have to actually use them. I'd look into some hand knobs with built in bolts for the track system.
melito25 I made a custom rack. I’ll link to the original video below. To make bars like that with your stock rack you’ll want to go to the unistrut section of home depot or Lowe’s. It’s usually found around electrical. The t-nuts will fit into your stock main rails. Get L-brackets, bolt to the rack using the t-nut. Then cut a unistrut piece to fit between the rails and bolt it the L-bracket. That was my original plan until my dad talked me into making a steel rack. Hope that helps! I have a 4th gen stock roof rack did you change yours to be able to use those u tracks you like? How do I attach those to my stock roof rack?
