Crystal Palace could be cooking next season
they will lose their top two players - so no
They won’t.
No don't see it
Doucoure and Wharton are staying.
Agree think they’ll do a job still without Olise
Media still not giving Villa & Emery the respect they deserve!!. Doesn't matter, we know the reality. We're Top 6
Yeah mate,Villa ain't one of the media darlings & like last season they're all writing us off before a balls been kicked......Assholes!!! 💩⚽👎................🤮🖕
Exactly the media only respects big clubs with big money
Actually we are top 4 !
That's a Midlands team issue. They will never acknowledge the Midlands teams properly... except when they want to bash us. Been that way since the 80's at least.... idk why, but, it's not just Villa. The tesco lot used to get it too, and the dingles whenever they were doing ok - apart from a few months as media dalings here and there recently.
I’d put you in #3.
Come on Ipswich! Stuff the bookies!
Everton don't get relegated up the fuckin toffees
If forest stay up that would surely prove they are a safe Premier league club
Forest will stay up they are a full premier League team now Ipswich Brentford and Everton well struggle
Its usually cos the teamz come u p r worse when there's teams that come up that could stay up it'll be tough
They will stay up; because Brentford, Southampton, and Ipswich will be going down. The latter, regardless of whether they hang on to Kieren McKenna. They'll be like Burnley were this season.
Forest and Everton will be hit with Points deduction again. It's will happen so it is depending on how many points gets deducted. 😊
Forest will do a lot better this season. No points deduction and a much more settled team and manager. They have a handy front line that is hitting their stride.
Ipswich thrives off being the underdog. Never underestimate any team
I can assure you now Ipswich will be relegated
Apart from when they play Norwich
The Premier is a mountain for newly promoted sides, not a hillock like Div 1 and the Championship. Ask why the 3 promoted go back down or 2 out of the three
Arsenal Win the league City relegated
You love beinngñ underdogs so much, you've wallowed in the second tier for how many years? Sleepy town
Hope to see forest safe with 10 matches left ! Be a nice change
Forest champions 2024/25
COYR❤
If forest win I’ll walk to work naked for a yr
That'd be worth celebrating.
I don’t think Ipswich Town will go down and Southampton
lol
funny thats what the burnley/ luton/ sheff utd fans said last year...its a very hard league
I reckon us (Leicester) will hopefully stay up as we've got foundations and the premier league experienced players. Even though we lost Maresca, one of the favourites for our next manager is Moyes, and if he comes in we should hopefully stay up, he's a good manager imo and can turn us around, even if we get a points deduction (it's only gonna be about 6 I think). Ipswich I reckon will stay up as well I think, they're similar quality to Luton were last season if not a bit better.
I think your right either one could go down
The premier league is becoming an exclusive club, newly promoted teams will always struggle unfortunately
Fulham, Bournemouth and Forest all stayed up two seasons ago. Brentford, Brighton, Wolves and Villa have established themselves from the EFL. Luton, Burnley and Sheffield were just toss.
Leicester face a points deduction with a new manager, Ipswich were in League 1 two seasons ago and Southampton struggled to establish themselves after a long run in the Premier League.
It’s not an exclusive club.
@Elcrisso1 Burnley literally stayed up 6 straight years...we went down this season because Kompany was clueless and he destroyed the team that got us up last season.
@@Elcrisso1also Forest and Everton stayed up because they overspent many millions...and had a big squad to choose from.
everton has stayed up consistently by being the 4th worst team (albeit not this season)
@@MihailBFC That’s really funny. Burnley in the Premier League for six seasons, then get relegated, destroy the championship, proceed to spend over £150m, but Forest and Everton stayed up for spending millions with big squads 😂 sit back down
the bookies are a bit harsh on Ipswich

Great video
This is the year arsenal do it. Its been 2 years going unlucky that they can't fall short again
unlucky means fold under pressure - they finish 4th
God, I hope so
Come on Leicester
As an Ipswich supporter, not surprised everyone is piling on, saying we will get relegated.
I can assure you that we will be fine
Yar, after 22 years out of the top flight, the board will show ambition
They definitely won’t finish in bottom 2 and I think they will surprise
I agree with the top 3, but that 4th spot is between 5 clubs.
The bottom 3? Leicester definitely. (points deduction, manager, etc), but I can see Ipswich and Southampton surviving. I would probably put Forest in 19th and 18th would be between Everton, Wolves, Bournemouth and Brentford.
Forest down this year
I'd say top two, but third and fourth open to a number of clubs.
Not surprised as a Villa fan at all.
The bookies didn't have us top 7 last season, or season before either. 'Tis what it is.
Villa are one of those clubs the media like to put down and ignore. Ocassionally a Midlands team will be flavour of the month, but overall public coverage of all midlands teams tends to be negative, and that then translates into bookmaking - odds slip as £ moves.
Still us being put behind Man U is just an insult at the moment, I know they beat city the other day but other than that that is pure big 6 bias

I agree. I think Liverpool will take quite a step back next season.
As a Liverpool fan, I can see Slot may need time to bed in but so did Klopp. I love Klopp but I think things went a little stale towards the end of last season. Its difficult to see what will happen. New manager bounce? Or just an OK season? Who knows. A lot of rival fans didn't rate Klopp when he first arrived.

@@PhilK1080 They might be playing non league football next season
Hi Matt as a Forest fan since birth I have seem everything, from league 1 to champions of Europe so feel fortunate to enjoy the highs and lows; I think personally Forest have done so well to maintain prem status given we got promoted somewhat surprisingly and had no team at the start. Looking at last season we had a lot of off pitch challenges too. But if we can maybe avoid further PSR and at least keep our key players with a couple of signings I think we could make top half, why? We were rarely outplayed last season particularly at home and had a couple or a few critical decisions affect results so could easily have got an extra 12 to 15 points had they gone our way; this is also supported by the fact that we lost a lot of games by the odd goal. So if your a gambling man out there have a flutter; we play decent football! Oh and we just really need to stop making critical errors and defend set pieces better….glad your back and hope you’re enjoying your new home etc.
Sunderland directors were too cowardly to agree to Clough taking the job he app;lied for at Sunderland. He went to Notts Forest instead. If he'd gone to Sunderland he'd have done a s similar job, and would have NOT fallen later and got relegated.
The price of football in the premier league is ruining the game, it is now filtering down into the championship and league one
If Southampton pull off that incredible unbeaten run again, they will be safe
I feel most confident in Southampton in surviving EPL
I think Southampton & Ipswich will survive.
Leicester will, Soton might (doubtful) Ipswitch won't
@@PhilK1080 leicester unlikely, points deduction
Great to still havevyou on here
ITFC fan here, I know everybody has us to go down, but I would add that we've not made any signings yet, so predictions are a bit silly.
You could say the same about any team here. That's why it's called an early prediction.
Let's hope west ham have a better season, struggling a bit atm
This channel appeared on my homepage and I find your own opinions very reasonable. I agree with you about Villa. I think their manager can keep them competing higher up the table. I expect my own team Everton will have me worried again but fair comment from you there too. My only criticism is that if the bookies are only adventurous enough to tweak a couple of positions from last season’s final table then why bother playing the matches at all. I expect there to be one or two teams improving significantly and one or two heading the opposite way.
Chelsea above spurs and villa is kind of crazy. I think they will finish 6th at best
Is it crazy? If last season had gone on for another month then Chelsea would have very likely gone above them both into 4th place. From mid December until the end of the season only 3 teams won more points than Chelsea. And if you consider how Chelsea were the team that was the worst hit by injuries & loss of players as well. It will be like getting new players with the return of players like Wesley Fofana, Christopher Nkunku, Romeo Lavia, Carney Chukwuemeka, Reece James. Then there's the possibility they could sign someone like Michael Olise (who I think is a wonderful player who will only get better).
If Chelsea continue to improve as they did last season because if you compare how the team & players were playing in the first few months of the season with how they were playing in the last few months, well, the improvement was easy to see. And because so many of the players are 20, 21, 22, it is very likely they will continue to improve & get better.
Can’t wait for the 24/25 season already 👍
I can see Brentford’s defence improved on last year and remember they had new goalkeeper, a new CB, and no LB for almost all season and injuries everywhere so if they bring in good backup players and keep key players fit, I could see them finishing mid table and pushing for Europe again
Indeed. They have already bought the Toney replacement. Brian will be staying. Toney and Raya money will keep them ticking over nicely. Last season was.definetely below par.
Could see Newcastle topping Chelsea put apart from that agree with it
My PL Predictions for this season:
1. Arsenal (I just feel this is the season where Arteta finally gets one over Pep and brings home that elusive title for the Gunners)
2. Man City
3. Liverpool
4.Newcastle (I rate Howe as a manager would have him replacing Southgate in a heartbeart... no European distractions for them this season i think they can repeat a couple of seasons ago when they qualified for the CL).
5. Man United
6. Spurs
7.Aston Villa
8.Chelsea (Think they'll undo the good work Poch did in reviving them this season.... should never have sacked him, Maresca's untried at this level and the pressure he'll be under will be lucky to last to Christmas)
9. Crystal Palace
10. West Ham
11. Brighton
12. Bournemouth
13. Fulham
14.Wolves
15. Everton (Subject to any further points deductions in the offing this could put them lower)
16.Brentford
17.Southampton
18. Forest (think this is the year they finally get found out - should've been down last season only the 3 promoted clubs were so bad).
19. Ipswich (although now McKenna's signed a new contact with a bit of luck I think they could survive at the expense of one of Everton/Soton/Brentford/Forest)
20. Leicester (points deduction incoming and Maresca's already jumped ship to Chelsea... need i say more)
Some of the placings... especially in mid-table could see teams being swapped around though.
Do u drink alcoholic, how can u see Chelsea finishing top 8, Chelsea will make top 4 . please drink energy drink so that u can come back to urself
Why should Forest have been down last season? Based on what factors?

How can anyone realistically give predictions on next year's league placings based on last year's teams? It's meaningless conjecture.
Nice to see the bookies giving Chelsea fourth. So much still unknown at this point of course, but I'll take the optimism.
Hope u get 70k subs in June
12th is a fair prediction, but with Ireola I wouldn’t be surprised if we finished as high as 8th, if Dom goes we could be as low as 16th. Whatever happens we play great football with Ireola so the fans will be entertained and happy, under GON we got some good results in a purple patch but it was mind numbing to watch. We need a keeper, not sure if the kid from 🇳🇿 is ready for the big step up.
Ipswich will be top 5 and in Europe next season
I would bet on Leicester not finishing last even with points deductions.
😂
I don't know how any can do a prediction till at least we had one month of the Transfer window open
Leceister will need a solid manager/coach and to get it done ASAP.
The premier league is split into 3 the championship is a much more level league
Who are these "bookies"? Link?
I have backed arsenal last 2 years hopefully 3rd time lucky, getting too 1 sided in the premier.
1. Liverpool 2. Man city, 3.Arsenal 4.Newcastle, 5. Chlsea 6. Man utd,7.Spurs.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Foxes fan and although I think we have a better squad/team than most of the bottom half I think the massive points deduction we are looking at receiving means I have to agree with the bookies we will have a mountain to climb this season
What? 😂
You don’t have a better squad than any of the prem teams lol
@@tommyk3436 disagree we still have a number of players that managed top 5 finishes two season running, we lost 3 key players when relegated that is all and only went down because the players stopped playing for Brendan the arrogant Rogers. We have some great looking new players to boot and still a wealth of prem experience in the team. So I stand by my initial comment a better squad than most of the bottom half, bare in mind that probably 7 or 8 of those teams will be fighting to survive at the end of the season (Southampton,Ipswich,Leicester,Forest,Brentford,Everton and at least one surprise team) But a heavy points deduction is still going to mean likely relegation.
I wanna see Chelsea go on stronger. If you take away the poor results last season, that team has so much potential
Looking forward to westham this season
As a Spurs fan I guess that's a fair assumption although my opinion is it'll be either 4th or 5th but no complaints from me really TBH. One more thing though apart from the top 3 which I guess is pretty nailed on, although not necessarily in that order, I think the 5 teams that followed will end up in the top 8 but God knows just how they will be positioned at the season's end although like I say; I reckon we'll end up nicely in that mix.
Yeah I’m an Everton fan I don’t see us that low down.. I think we will finish around where you have wolves.. don’t see bournemouth Brentford and Forest having a good season

Chaos factor for Everton and Leicester but I got that wrong last year with wolves. Some of its wishful thinking but it’s preseason predictions so will be mostly wrong.
Bookies will never have Man Utd at too long odds to win the league because far more bets are placed on them than your average club; they can’t risk the huge payout if they did happen to win the league.
I can't see Chelsea finishing in the top 4 but I can see the promoted teams getting relegated.
Again. Don't stick your neck out
A little more realistic than your joint predictions fella,
Think that your January solo predictions will be very different.
Still backing sophie to beat you by more than ten points.
I disagree with the position for Everton - I think they will be comfortably mid table come the end of the season. The only reason the club was in the position it was was because of the points deductions - the issues around the clubs ownership and finances didnt help, but the deductions made it more difficult. Without those deductions, Everton would've placed mid table with 48 points. There are definite positives to be found last season and coming into this one, the first being the new owner might be nearly sorted out which will provide stability for the club. Everton having had the second highest clean sheets (only being beaten by Arsenal) and the 4th lowest goals conceeded in the league with only Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool conceeding less says the team are doing something right defensively and provided no one is sold before seasons start, the back 5 will be solid for the season. The main problem was the other end and not scoring enough goals, being the lowest scoring team in the league. All Everton need is someone in goal scoring form to get a few more goals and they will be further up the league next season. I do not envisage Everton being anywhere near the bottom of the table come May 2025 - the only way they would be is if the Premier League deduct yet more points for some BS reason.
I think Nuno will have a better season, though I don’t think they’ll be higher than 13th. Whether that satisfies Marinakis, who knows. Murillo to be sold.
I kinda wanna see if villa can get higher this season. So much growth in that club.
I think unfortunately last season was a one off. Teams like United and Newcastle really struggled with injuries this season and will be better placed next year. Still think they will get some form of European qualification.
Villa had a massive injury list. 3 ACL's for Kamara, Buendia and Mings. Ramsey out for virtually the whole season. Last 3rd of the season we had 14 fit senior players. Look at Emery since he came to Villa. We've been Top 4 form for 20 months now
Villa had one of the worst injury lists last season,on the BBC football website there's a section with 4 tables with different categories & Villa were in the top 5 in everyone of them, but the difference is we didn't moan about it & use our injuries as an excuse when results went against us, unlike many other clubs I don't need too mention,we all know who they are cos they never shup up about it. Injuries are part of football & some seasons are worse than other at every club, but we'll run clubs with decent managers plan & find a way to deal with set backs, also for an example if like Newcastle do play a high intensity style of football with many injury prone players, footballers will obviously get injured,so should have more squad depth, especially when trying to compete in UCL football where you need to field strong lineups in every game, clearly they didn't have much foresight & paid the price for it.
Brighton, place and Bournemouth are not finishing above West Ham. And we moving on a lot of the old players
Torn between MC and Arsenal for the league. I fancy Chelsea to get 3rd. No idea from 4th down though. Much will depend on signings.
Chelsea over Liverpool...you must be joking.
All good, Matt ( & Sophie). Mainstream media gave us Villa no chance of a top 4 finish... Screw the bookies. Unai has posted this on the bulletin board! UTV
Tbink rhe wolves will improve a little this year if we expand the squad depth , and var stop picking on us 😂 going somewhere between 8 and 12
Too early to predict anything apart from the top 3 will probably be a mix up of last year, the rest is a lottery depending on who spends wisely and how well the promoted teams get going and hopefully, the Man City saga can be put to rest
Fancy Arsenal 3rd time lucky. Pretty settled side just need an out & out striker. City have the uncertainty regarding Peps last season, will player's want to sign for 3 years not knowing who'll take over. Other top clubs in transition either new manager, uncertainty over manager or rebuild required..
If only Captain Black and his Mysterons stopped demanding laws of the game changed when a team beats them.
Brentford are in trouble, they just survived last season
they will be fine, Leicester and Everton will be in trouble if they get points deducted, Everton might go in administration...
Leicester will be down
Everton to finish 17th?? absolutely baffling if we didnt get the point deduction we wouldve finished 10th/11th bit weird that one and yes branthwaite or onana could go but we stayed up without Branthwaite last year
I think Everton Ipswich and Nottingham forest will go down next season
We can always predict the greedy six will be up there, dodging the FFP.
If the promoted teams all get relegated again, can we say the pyramid is broken? For Forest - our season depends a lot on Sangare stepping up as a Number 6. If he doesn’t that has a knock on effect on other signings plus we’ll probably lose Murillo, the best defender out of a pretty poor defence. Other than that, we have no real back up for CHO, Elanga or MGW. We’ll be fine though lol
THAT WAS BRILLIANT IM A FOREST SUPPORTER OF NEARLY 50 YEARS NOW AND IT'S TOUGHER THAN EVER TO STAY UP IT WAS BLOODY HARD GETTING BACK TO THE PREM JUST WONDERED ANY OF YOU SUPER BRAINS OUT THERE WHEN CITY GET PUT IN THE NATIONAL LEAGUE WHO WILL BE RELEGATED YOU CAN ONLY PUT 2 DOWN WITH CITY AS THE 3RD 🏐🥅⚽☀️ MY BIRTHDAY TODAY TOO WATCHING SPAIN V ITALY REPLAY ON FRIDAY 21ST JUNE 😅😅🥵🎸🎶🇬🇧🙏🌈♥️

Villa expected down from fourth to eighth because CL games will take a toll.
Just like Newcastle last season.
But Villa played more European games, over a longer period, than Newcastle this past season and still came 4th.
@@mrmajeika6101 You have to count on Man U and Chelsea getting their act together next season with the resources they have.
Newcastle achieved top 4 without European competition - villa played 14 games in Europe and still finished 4th but faded alarmingly at the death
Depending on how they add to the squad will determine where they finish but I agree prob top 8 for villa
Newcastle had a ludicrous disproportionate amount of injuries all season. Prior to that they topped their Champs League group. Thereafter they had 3 GOALKEEPERS on subs bench and juniors, and a couple of 17/18 years olds in team. I hope for Villas sake they don't get half of Newcastle's injuries - and the suspension of Gamblin' Tonali too
@@batuksri Chelsea maybe but Man U are a mess from top to bottom.
Villa 8th??? That's fine by us,we'll just prove to the media, bookies and doubters wrong again 👍
Personally i think Newcastle will be higher, i reckon they might get 3rd With Tonali back to sort out their midfield problems from last season and a point to prove, on top of them almost certainly finally buying a top RW they will probably get a few other solid players in, i think they will be a huge problem having no European football.
Brighton never worry about who the manager is they buy the players and the manager just gets on with it never really involved with transfers
So, exactly how it finished this year? Hardly a bold prediction.
The top 8 of last season will just change places a bit, Villa will just have a taste of what happened to Newcastle with injuries. I doubt theirs will be anything like the catastrophies that happened to Newcastl;e
Aston Villa played in Europe this season, arguably in a harder competition (in terms of travelling), reached the semis and still managed to finish 4th. Yes, it helped that Spurs, Chelsea and Newcastle all dropped off a little, and I don't expect another top 4 finish next year, but 8th seems excessively harsh. I reckon 5th or 6th.
We ( LEICESTER) nt got a manager, premier league big 5 dnt like us , the premier league are going to take points off us, and the season nt started yet
Yous will be back down next season
I prefer Forest to get docked 4 -6 points and then keep their best players. We would probably finish mid table. MGW or Hudson Odoi are worth much more than 4 points
So that is why Pep is leaving before the big points deduction season
expect liverpool to drop to around 8th and if city get punished before the end of next season they will as the bookies also predict get relegated with chelsea getting rid of poch i also expect them to be mis firing
Liverpool dropping to 8th? Your having a laugh.
They did it before klopp and even klopp blew hot and cold 5th-8th is fair
@@marccleaver5928 With the players they have and who will be coming in because they will recruit new players...I don't think so.
I think Leicester might stay up despite the points reduction. I also think Man City might not win this one, just a gut feeling.
Would have agreed with you had Maresca stayed but a lot depends on who their new manager is... newly promoted side, new manager and points deduction, it's a tough ask. Plus last season proved how big the gulf is now between Championship and PL. Think Southampton will be the only promoted side to stay up (possibly). Have a ton of respect for what Ipswich's done under McKenna but going up 2 divisions in 2 seasons going to be a step to far for them.
