I think trusting and having faith heavily involves the practical effort we put out, spiritually and working on purpose to align with the universe. My mantra has been everyday lately "find flow" to help remind me to not resist in moments I start feeling like I'm losing faith. Having courage and an attitude to attack the things that scare the hell out of me because I must grow.
