If you have a fire reduc, water reduc, or any reduc more than 60% Burn status cannot be reduced because Magic Prison is locked at 60%. You should test damage kaho card at pvp wolf arena. So sorry if you know about this.
it might be helpful on GVG env, since many guild have some elf at their line up. In MP case idk, its "nice to have" but not mandatory i guess, depend on your purpose, if its have benefit on your dmg, i think its worthed. but if its for handle elf, i dont think many team bring elf to their line up, and since jorm attack were spreading, the elf's enemies should camo their majority of their member especially at def side. this is for jorm case i guess, but yeah its nice to have

You’ll only be capped at 60% if you are using Light Armor League Skill, if not, then there’s no cap.

@@KaidoGen definitely in gvg a must have. For mp still must have since it increases your damage. But yeah not a lot running elf in mp
