The candy-colored tabs are so cute. You explain things so well. I remember my mom with her old wood recipe box and colored cards from the 70s. I found Flylady in 2000 and keep going back to it. I tried the cards, but Flylady has more rhythm to it for me.
Thank you! I love the idea of a wooden box for organising my cards! I do agree about the structure of the flylady system. I love my index card box but I am missing a little bit of the flylady structure. I'm thinking of ways I can incorporate flylady into the index card system so will be doing an update video on that in a couple of weeks when I figure it out.
I started my organization journey from the Sidetracked Home Executives back in 1983’ish. I worked & taught that system for decades. It’s still my favorite although I use a planner now. I use 3/5 cards for things that stay by my computer.
I've been planning to start this for a few months now. I got a vintage 4" x 6" index card box and cards so I could also keep weekly cash in it. Now, I just have to go through the tasks and make the cards. Getting those dividers was quite difficult and pricey - I didn't realize this stuff would be so hard to find. Your work-around was very clever!
Thank you ❤️ I love the idea of a vintage box. I've actually bought a new box for the new year because my plastic one has broken. it's a wooden one and I can't wait. I'll probably do a video on setting it up soon.
Thanks for another great video. I'd love to see a progress video - have looked at this system in the past but never set it up. I have trouble keeping to systems due to so many variables on a daily basis.. Would really appreciate your thoughts on the S.H E. system. Thank you 😊

That's amazing. It would be so interesting to learn the system that way.

I'd love to see a process video as well!

Ah, the struggle of daily variables - they keep life interesting, don't they? Let's see if the S.H.E. system can handle them!
