to answer the question, is YES, you can have Arcueid at around 1K SQ, as that's how i have able to summon her... my saved 1K SQ have all been consumed just to have her in my Chaldea.
(sadly now I'm having limited SQ for Proto Merlin and Ruler Skadi)

So after hitting Stage 3 on my Arcueid, I managed to max out her ascensions and levels in only 4 Level Ups. She can eat!

I got 3 Arcueids with 500 sq yesterday. Since she has not come back again after 7th anniversary, maybe should keep on trying to pull her 6th copy… but I want summer servants, specially Ruler Skadi.
U can always get Arcueid in GSSRs right? so wait for that and go for swimsuit skadi

i got her but it did cost me about almost half of my sq which I regret so my Summer funds arn't where i want them but as i stand now its over 200 sq out of the over 500 i had but i am going to save more including the 10 tickets from the 7 day log in. Funnily enough I got Xu to np5 before she arrived.
