Very nice informative and explanatory. one thing important noted on apartment type flats Vastu which Sir says is not common for everybody... so this exposes the practise of many commercial Vastu pundits who just by direction start giving Remedies or alterations.

Guru is expeller of darkness.
Gu means darkness(ignorance,selfishness). And Ru means expel.
Guru also means expansion hence it rules Air element.
Expansion means our idea of I and Mine. Guru expands our meaning of I and Mine.
When it is debilitated when get stuck into notion of selfishness but when is exalted a person becomes more & selfless(Rishi).
Myth: Guru destroys the house it is placed in and enhances the houses it aspects.
We must destroy childhood to become adult. We must destroy darkness to bring light.
It is not DESTROYING but growing out. It is like advancing to higher standards in school.
Guru in the 4th house:
4th house represents house(building). Guru in the 4th house means you will live into bigger and better houses. It is not destruction.
Astrologer who is not spiritual can never understand Astrology.
Spirituality is a tree and Astrology is one of its leaf.

As per Hanish Bagga ,3rd house is south whereas as per Mr. Sunil 3rd house is North East both are Sapthrishi consultant so who is right?

Sir namaste thanks for the great knowledge 🙏🏽 we had a very good business 1 st five years we made mint dollars after 6 years it went down same problem 2 brothers then we called Pallavi chellavda for vastu she said south have car garage were all the beer & water stock used to come & his brother house entrance was south & garage was in south west store northeast had kitchen heavy coolers & my husband left the store problem between both brothers Pallavi told his brother to leave the store otherwise we will lose it cuz it was not good for him & my husband our house is northeast entrance & store was west she said me & my husband should run but anyway we left the store & my brother in law got bankrupt lost house store & cars after leaving we bought gasoline southeast entrance which is good for him thanks 🙏🏽 God we here from 9 years & bought one more property gasoline & my brother in law again joined to work & cuz he lost everything my husband wanted to help him but it's in Texas now after almost 2 years they don't want to stay there they want to come to east coast but they don't have any thing not much money & they r in 50 age we selling property cuz getting good money for that. We don't know what next for them & stress for us .
Vastu Shastra is True, by seeing the fate of person(without chart reading) one can imagine the vastu doshas in his house. Found this from internet " Vastu originates in the Stapatya Veda, a part of the Atharva Veda. Its description is there in epics like Mataysya Purana, Skanda Purana, Agni Purana, Garuda Purana, and Vishnu Purana.
