Ep 277 - London Irish Vintage Club Charity Day

This week we’re with the London Irish Vintage Club at their 2022 Vintage Charity Day!
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the London Irish Vintage Club has set up a fantastic day of music, fun activities and lots of vintage vehicles and machinery
Founded by Brendan “Tiny” Vaughan from Donegal, we get to see some fantastic old farm machinery and vintage vehicles along with music from Hungry Grass and Nathan Carter, amongst others.
The day starts with the vintage vehicles travelling in convoy through the roads of London to Greenford.
The annual has always raised huge amounts of money for charity and this year looks set to be no exception
We also talk to Tony McGovern who has always played an essential part in the day and Packie Bonner, ex International Footballer makes an appearance.
A great opportunity for a nostalgic look back at days gone by.
