Bills gave up more points in 2 games than eagles did in the past 4 games. Scoring a bunch is sweet but also sustaining 8-9 minute drives with leads are better.

As a Steelers fan, I have viewed the eagles as a top 5 team pretty much all season. Knew we would most likely lose the game without GP tho. We might be the one team that missing our #1 receiver is more impactful than missing our #1 qb. That was a game you guys should win but props to you guys for getting it done.

A good defense is always going to beat a good offense, case in point, Philly played Baltimore earlier this year in Baltimore had an even more potent offense and they held them in check and beat them.

@og2108 Mayfield managed to beat both the top 2 NFC teams so far. The Bucs may be mediocre at times, but also tend to be a dark horse when the need arises in the playoffs. Would not surprise me if they knock off another higher seed this year in the early rounds of the post season.

You can say the Bills have the best offense in the league right now, that’s debatable( Lions), but their defense ain’t it, if they run into a team that can neutralize their offense and also is very dynamic on offense ( like the Eagles) they might be cooked…. PHILLY knows who they are. I keep telling people these teams with mobile QBs make the game a real 11 v 11 as opposed to 10 v 11 with a traditional non running threat at QB because defenses have to account for the QBs threat to take off. I think the best teams are between PHI BUF and BAL. If you watched BAL yesterday, you saw they made a conscious and deliberate decision to call plays for LJ to use his legs, which is something they had reduced. This is what PHI has NOT gotten away from. BAL and PHILLY have had the best rushing teams in the NFL since LJ and JH have been QB for a reason. They essentially have the same formula at their best which is to run heavy but you have to make teams respect the QBs ability to take off.
Rex made no sense at all. Russ has definitely been a pleasant surprise and the wins are coming so what's the problem? They came against a good team who wanted to shut people up about the "drama". Pittsburgh will get it together next game. Sheesh.
Buffalo is good but their defense is suspect. The Eagles gave up 20 points to the Rams and the Bills gave up 44. The Eagles get pressure without blitzing and have two lock down corners in Dejean and Quinyon. The Bills' defense struggles against mobile QB's which the Eagles have. Their biggest loss was against Lamar. Jalen is not Lamar but he can get out of trouble with his legs. Our run game allows us to control the clock which would keep Allen on the sideline.

The eagles are the best team in football. Their offense is just as good as anybody's and they have the best defense in the nfl, while the bills and lions can't stop a cold. Sometimes it just comes down to matchups, Detroit does not match up well again to Buffalo while Philadelphia does.

Last week, Rex Ryan was apologizing to Russell Wilson for doubting him. But he has one bad game and Ryan trashes Wilson. That’s why Rex Ryan does not have a job in the league. He is not a state, of course type of guy. He was a spur of the moment type of coach, and that does not work in the national football league.

They were saying that Jalen couldn't carry the offense if Saquon has a bad game. And I'm sorry, Buffalo has given up 86 points over two games. How is that a concern? Everyone wants to freak out about Jalen not throwing for enough yards (not what determines wins and loses) but there's no concern over how many points the Bills are giving up?

You can say the Bills have the best offense in the league right now, that’s debatable( Lions), but their defense ain’t it, if they run into a team that can neutralize their offense and also is very dynamic on offense ( like the Eagles) they might be cooked…. And that’s why I give the title for best team in the league right now to the Eagles, they do it on both sides .
PHILLY knows who they are. I keep telling people these teams with mobile QBs make the game a real 11 v 11 as opposed to 10 v 11 with a traditional non running threat at QB because defenses have to account for the QBs threat to take off. I think the best teams are between PHI BUF and BAL. If you watched BAL yesterday, you saw they made a conscious and deliberate decision to call plays for LJ to use his legs, which is something they had reduced. This is what PHI has NOT gotten away from. BAL and PHILLY have had the best rushing teams in the NFL since LJ and JH have been QB for a reason. They essentially have the same formula at their best which is to run heavy but you have to make teams respect the QBs ability to take off.

Buffalo is good but their defense is suspect. The Eagles gave up 20 points to the Rams and the Bills gave up 44. The Eagles get pressure without blitzing and have two lock down corners in Dejean and Quinyon. The Bills' defense struggles against mobile QB's which the Eagles have. Their biggest loss was against Lamar. Jalen is not Lamar but he can get out of trouble with his legs. Our run game allows us to control the clock which would keep Allen on the sideline.

The eagles are the best team in football. Their offense is just as good as anybody's and they have the best defense in the nfl, while the bills and lions can't stop a cold. Defense wins championships and the bills and lions don't have a defense at all. The eagles are one of the most well coached teams in the league and they have the best roster in the league by a mile. I don't feel the need to say more.
Also there was no real turmoil. I'm sure everybody in that locker room was confused that the passing game was literally ranked 32nd. AJ after playing a ridiculously intense game where every man would be as emotional as can be just slipped up and vocalized his frustration. Josh Allen is a monster in domes and even with that potent offense don’t forget they lost last week to the Rams. The Buccaneers are a scary team right now, though, they have already beat the Eagles and the Lions this season and they do seem to have the Eagles number. Sometimes it just comes down to matchups, Detroit does not match up well again to Buffalo while Philadelphia does.

The Bills do look great offensively. Yet if they don't have the ball for almost an entire quarter. Is there a defense really going to hold up?
Last week, Rex Ryan was apologizing to Russell Wilson for doubting him. But he has one bad game and Ryan trashes Wilson. That’s why Rex Ryan does not have a job in the league. He is not a state, of course type of guy. He was a spur of the moment type of coach, and that does not work in the national football league.
Man. If the Steelers get more than 3 points on the first 2 fumbles of the game we’re talking about a whole different ballgame. This is a game they can learn from. It’s not a time to panic as a Steelers fan. I feel they beat themselves more than the Eagles beat them. That’s not to say that there’s not concerns on our offense and our pass defense but they were not out of it completely the majority of the game. Just costly penalties and turnovers along with some poor tackling made it impossible to overcome against a team like that. But they can hang with them.
