WOW!! I used to watch this show on one of the Discovery channels! So good to see you here!! Yes, of course I'm going to subscribe and thumbs up!! LOL. Ariel was learning fly a 152 Cessna back then. What an amazing family! Loved you folks and I'm so very happy to be watching again!!! I almost forgot!!! Ariel loves "Stink flipper", LOL. They demonstrated how it's made and what has to be done to cook it and eat it! I remember Jim's little red Cessna, I think 140? He put skiis on it and they went to a remote cabin for a vacation weekend or something! Oh it was just simply my most favorite show and it's here now!! I'm so excited!!
It's a cute show, the native history and culture is really cool, and of course we're all looking forward to the new spinoff series "Everyone Loves Ariel" but the melodrama created over the most basic aviation problems and adverse conditions kinda wears thin after a while, they make it sound as if the Hobbs meter failed the engine could explode at any moment.
If the Hobbs meter fails, the company may not know when to perform critical repairs, which can cause catastrophic failures of the engine on short final into Shishmaref...I can hear that being dialogue on this show...
a few years ago there was a gal in northern Ohio using Ayla Twetos pictures to catfish guys on social media sites..one of the guys emailed me asking how he could put aside some doubts..i used tineye and google image search and found she had swiped Aylas old MySpace pics for her profile..i have to hand it to her..she really spun a tale and made it convincing but when the guy confronted her with it she vanished
I remember this show and got fed up with the director and producers. It was supposed to be about flying done with her dad and showing the scenery of Alaska. Instead, they started to focus on her and that pissed me off. I stop watching and read a lot of guys watching felt the same as me.
I am trying to find out the status of one of my army Flight School classmates. His name is Brian Sapp. He started flying in Alaska in 1982. He joined the Army in 1986. He had around 5000 hours and he was instrument rated. He left the Army and I was told he returned to fly bush again. He would be around 55 years old. Have you heard of him?
We need more cool shows on tv like this, not that Yukon bs, where lynx is worth a grand a pelt 🤷🏼♂️The cityits totally believe that shit 😮it’s madness!!
I got my pilot's license because I loved Flying wild Alaska!

I live in Northern, Maine and I'd LOVE to find one of those jackets the girls were wrestling in. Anyone happen to know who makes them??
The brand is 'Canada Goose'
Is this recorded in 1930’s? The video quality is about that good

This is the best episode of flying wild alaska Bush pilots don't try this at home
I liked the one with Ariel jumpin' off a bridge in her bikini.
Ariel is such a hot little package
I don't think I'd ever get in a plane with her flying it even with a license!
That's because you're a misogynist pal!
Should also watch Ariel Tweto chat with Craig Ferguson, and then Ariel Tweto David Letterman interview
