You download a file that has all the colours in separate files including the red with white dots.

Lots of free wrappers and some toppers as well.
Use them as a guide for the right curve needed for wrapping. I cut one out, put it on top of my paper, traced the shape and then cut it out. I had to make the papers a bit longer to fit my cupcakes (about 2 inches longer) and I had to cut the width down a bit as well.
