Hey, It is probably most beneficial for you to stick with your one leg take off. What is more important though is to practice your 720 especially when you are mildly fatigued (stay safe). I think the best way to train may be to just do 720s in succession (2,3,4 etc at a time). Do a 720. Get up and do another immediately following. If you train frequently every week, crunch out at least 30-40 a practice (to start) and you should do rather well. Hope this helps. :)
I've been doing tornado with one leg push-off all my life. I can kick 720 fairly consistently, but not when i'm tired. I can never control my landing. Any advice? Should I try 2-leg push-off for more height? Thanks a million.
the advantages of two leg jump inside is that you'll get more height, but it's harder to kick and spin one leg allows you to get more spin easier and it's easier to kick as well, but you might not get as muchheight both will work for anyone, you just have to work on it :D
hm? what do you mean a regular tornado? like a 360? took me maybe 10 minutes from when i was like 7 yrs old. if you mean 720, that took half a year or more
they almost all have 2 legs jumps u too, ur 720 is with 2 legs i tried it one time, but i just can't spin that fast after the kick :S only got to 540 with 2 legs :( isset better technique? cuz i have a feeling u will jump higher, but it's harder to make a kick
Good advice. Thank you! I tried 2-leg takeoff, and it was completely unnatural. Hope i can control my landing soon with more practise.

oh okay.
that didn't take too long.
being able to get the 360 rotation was easy
landing in splits took sometime though
