- Arunachal on PRC issue 2.0 is the result of my previous upload on Arunachal on PRC issue :

so basically this is just a 2nd part , I didn’t intend to make a video on this but since I got many comments from Lekang communities ,that why did I upload only a one sided video in which only the Indigenous tribal in Itanagar had raised a voice against the issue of PRC i.e the Permanent Resident Certificate to the communities residing in the Lekang circle.
I have no intention to hurt any individual or communities’ sentiment, this video has been made solely on the purpose of knowledge and education. However I tried asking question to many other tribes residing in the Namsai District but they denied coming to the camera as it is a very controversial issue ,so I have to respect their privacy. Therefore the Video consist only the voice from the Lekang Region.
lekang area is dominated by Deories.Ahoms.Morans.Kacharis, Mishing & the Adivashis, today due to their day to day problem and pressure in normal livelihood, they are force to come on the streets and demand for PRC. The govt of Arunachal pradesh really need to look into this matter sincerly, by keeping in mind the protection of the indigenous tribes of Arunachal Pradesh.

Hey I am new to your channel, and I have gone through your videos and I do appreciate your hard work. The PRC Issue, As they said that assam nor arunachal are accepting them I litareally felt bad and started Imagining myslef in their place, they must have suffer a lot
The AP Govt should immediately take action to the Issues and take the right decision or else I am worried they gonna do something real bad which surely gonna effect both side and for God sake we Don't want wars.
And for people down there in comment sections using inappropriate words just stop guys its easy writting comment as you are safe, that doesn't mean you gonna write rubbish, stop being selfish and do feel lucky that you are not one of them or else you could be in the same situation as them. so before writting something, just think once that your words might hurt someone else or can even ruin others life. @Anuj yadav U r absolutely correct, never will everyone be happy n content.bcoz, a decision wil always be in favour of a group n always against d intrest of a group.but my opinion is that d govt in making any decision shld always bear in mind d age old laws n rules dats in place.any decision made shld not be done overlooking those laws.but in saying so i wld never want any community to b hurt by any decision.but then again i wont want myslf to b hurt either.

This is a very sensitive issue. There's no black and white. I think some of their demands are very genuine. Even if they are not from 26 major tribe, being a human we should atleast listen to their grievances

Moran,Mishing,Kachari( Sonowal,Thengal,Boro,etc).Ahom,Deori are aboriginal to present day Arunachal and were residing there prior to British times . The names of places, rivers, and the ruins are attestation to this fact. We request the Arunachal tribes to please be aware of this and not be moved by emotions. These communities need to be recognised as natives by Arunachal.

Kachari, moran, deori, ahom they are people who were living nearby border territory of assam and arunachal. But then they cannt be included into arunachal since it is a protected state.
@Shady dang! that is what i mean to say, many outsiders obtained ILP ,entered and settled but their existence is not there in the govt records. So, in my view today whoever may be demanding such rights could be the one who entered into AP territory in that manner.
Therefore, how die hard you people try cannot achieve your target since you people had not been registered into govt records during demarcation.

@Shady dang! I think you're not updated 6 Assam groups will be accorded ST they are Koch Rajbonshi, Chutiya, Matak, Moran, Tea & Tai Ahom.
We are not selfish like Assames so we wont be asking PRC of Assam. We ST of Arunachal lags behind in many ways either in population, education, basic ammineties and so on & with Citizenship Amendment Bill on the way, Chakma Hajong and with PRC issue of lekang (Assamese ) we don't want anymore outsider to exploit our nature and people thats it. I know ST and PRC are different still we don't want them in our state, rather they should demand for demarcation of lekang constitution.

Nice analysis bhaiti. Most of the Ahom kingdom/Chutia Kingdom regions are in Arunachal Pradesh - East Sirang, Subansiri, Lower Dibang and lohit districts and so, the population of these communities are there in Arunachal Pradesh. Demarcation wrongly done by previous government and so the issue.
Real issue with the immgrants Bengali (8.8%) which is slowly changing the demography of Arunachal Pradesh.
Some solution may -
1. PRC to the community - which is now not in question due to the violent protests.
2. Do the demarcation again and analyse the regions which could be given back to Assam. This also doesn't happen in near time and may need more time.
So, now it is deadlock and no solution.

I don't really know if you would believe it or not but Assam has the tribes and communities of whole NE. If you don't believe me then Google it or go and look for it. I'm from the Ahom community of Assam and we the people of Assam aren't allowed to buy land in Nagaland, Manipur, AP, Mizoram, sikkim. Assam and meghalaya has all communities of NE. We had the problem of illegal immigrants but now the Assam and meghalaya government are in the process of removing them by force. Tripura fell because of ignorance. By granting PRC to these people doesn't mean more people of Assam will come there. Your AP tribal people in Assam are living happily and stay here peacefully. They literally have their own village/community. The illegal immigration problem will soon be resolved.

From the beginning why these people were living there because lekang is under namsai and Namsai is under Arunachal Pradesh. Right now most of the people are Assamese in lekang and they are completely Assamese. They are living in Arunachal land since from their childhood that's why right now they are asking for PRC. Chowna mein is responsible for this problem why he has promised to them without thinking about the consequences.

I feel bad for these people, the land seems to be rightfully theirs as they have been staying there for a long time, it's just neither of the state governments are accepting them for which they have been suffering.
Big mistake committed while demarcating the lands in olden days, I really hope and pray they will be considered as a permanent resident in either of the two state sooner..

I won't make any further video on this issue, I am done. I have been to chowkam, tengapani areas... I was tired, roaming, kitna ko puchtay, sab camera ka agey bolne keliye Ready nahi hotay. Protest me toh group Se hala kartai but when I ask in person, no one is ready. And jo ready he, kabhi woh piyong ME he boltai kabhi idhar kabhi udhar... It's not an easy task. Namsai is so large. Anyway, I made this video just to highlight the views of lekang. Because already I have made part 1 of this video,and there the Indigenous tribe had given their voice

THIS is a very sensitive issue, ARUNACHAL PRADESH is a protected state, it must remain so with inclusion of these ancient indigenous tribes of lekang, except Tea tribes, i am not against them, but genuinely they are not ancient tribes of Arunachal Pradesh. Mishing, Deoris and Kacharis seem genuine settlers of Lekang area from generations, however the presence of Bengalis, Manipuris, Marwaris, and even Biharis in the JHPC report is completely out of my senses! The JHPC and the state government has to resolve this boiling issues before it gets into bloodshed and avoidable violence!

No law,rules and regulations are for forever. Rules and regulations are framed to regulate particular situation and time limits are always a factor to be considered with. No law can be continued indefinitely.
. After the desired status is achieved , those rules and regulations are simply discarded or stopped. Most people who are advocating here against the genuine demands of the affected communities , perhaps do not know that , the rules like inner line permit (ILP) has no relevance today. The basic purpose and intention of framing those laws have been fulfilled /achieved . Continuance of the those laws till date needs to be challenged . Nowadays, those areas have been developed to the desired extent . The places are well connected ...the residents are literate and aware of their rights ...so , it is meaningless to continue such laws any further.
Also , the reservation policies introduced by Dr Ambedkar needs to be modified . It appears and is evident that the communities under present reservation system has developed to the desired level. Now they are capable of taking care of their issues . It is time modify the reservation policies so that other communities gets benefit of the reservation policies .
The communities claiming to be Arunchalis are misusing the laws, if their mentalities are not changed ...they should be confined to their places only. ....What nonsense it is ,they can do anything anywhere ...but others are restricted .. One country one law should be introduced .
