- Episode 146 We enjoyed staying in the car in the snow. It started snowing before dawn. The snow is so heavy that I'm not sure if we'll be able to get out. Today I renovated my light truck camper. We changed to double-paned windows and an insulated floor in order to improve the insulation effect. We also installed a new cassette gas stove to make it much warmer.

Amazing how certain small improvements make a big difference. Stopping the cold floor from drawing your body heat away will not only make you more comfortable but also save fuel as less heat will be required. I think the Iwatani butane heater "is the bomb!".Hopefully, it may also be run with a larger tank. You have a winner there my friend.

To be honest; I wasn't aware of the discomfort you were experiencing; it's hard to see that in video, and you always look at peace so I assumed the discomfort levels would have been quite low. I'm glad you've been able to make changes to give you a more comfortable experience.

Great video. You need to upgrade your car for winter season. For example, you could get some heat holding material under the floor, and make engine to warm it up through exostion pipe. Then you need additional heat holding panels on the side and roof of your cabin. Look through a thermal camera to fix where heat is escaping and patching it up.
The comfortable space has been further upgraded. This is too good.!!!🤣
