Yes I wished I was a teenager again I would change alot more wiser now yes take care of ur health I've had 17 back surgeries and 3 neck surgeries alot of people are amazed I'm still walking it's deermanation it's not easy but with God's help anything is possible

I injured my back then got fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue also with that comes migraines and I am also having to take opioids for chronic pain as I have degenerative disc disease. When I can do things I do. Next month I hope to raise money for cancer research as my friend died within a few months last year and I did my best to look after her. I don’t just ‘lay around’ some people do I don’t but there are times when there is nothing I can do I get a lot of infections as I have low immunity. I do end up watching TH-cam more than most and Lamont is one of my favourites.

On the private lane my fam lives on there are old grave stones. After my dad retired from the military after a 25 yr career he would take. Care of those headstones. Kept the grass cut the weeds and what not put American flags on them. I wonder if it's still there.anyway love your vids.
