Mine skips to password after fully assembling it. Not able to set and lock parameters, thats while doing what the instructions say. Tried calling the number on their site but no one picks up due to the fact that it doesnt even seem set up

@@victripebike I found out how to do it...just have to push the left and down button at the same time...thank you for replying back!
