like everybody said Jackson is Chinese from Hongkong so English and Chinese(Cantonese) are official language. He speak english randomly bcoz it's his mother tongue.
Jackson, Mark and BamBam are 3 International members out of 7 of them and they are grow up together since trainees day 3-4 years before Debut. Mark is from LA but his family are from Taiwan so he speak english and Chinese(Mandarin). BamBam is Thai, He can speak only Thai when he first went to Korea when he was 14 yrs. He learn english from Mark and Jackson who like brothers for him so he can communicate but not fluent like those two. 3 of them always speak english when they're together. only Mark and Jackson speak Mandarin to each other times to times.
