not only were those chads at hobby star provide 10 scissor bits, they are also part separated with the right clear green color. the bandai version only came with 2 and the green were just stickers (and the rest of the clear parts are still plain clear)

I would try to find this one but I'd rather buy the Bandai one because I know I'd be getting quality and I don't know what I'd be getting with Hobby Star and my current bootleg experience is the Dragon Momoko Deathscythe Hell TV version and it is a painful build
If you can find this, they are a whole lot better than DM deathscythe. Every thing fits and lines up properly. You would also be getting more parts than the bandai one and more color separated parts.
