- I'll be post videos on this frame build as it progresses.
The first 3 videos is about the rear end, if there is a interest in the videos I will start making them more indepth so subscribe and comment if you would like to see more.
Thanks for watching
Love this stuff. I vote for more of everything. It is hard to find someone local to share their secrets like what you are doing. I understand local builders protecting their power, but it makes it hard to learn. MetalShopVlogs to the rescue!!!!!!
thanx for taking the time to do this man appreciate it for us youngsters starting out
Thanks Joep, I tell you moving out of the country life into a suburb is the strangest thing I have ever done haha, taking some time to adapt to this place feels like another planet but not all too bad. cool people around here. who knew a home owners association would frown on a country boy with allot of toys haha
Hey man you and all the other comments made my day, I moved to Texas and have a limited set up till I get a shop set up and have allot of stuff stored but I may do some more videos with the equipment set up in the garage. It was a big move especially loading and hauling all the equipment with a few friends helping and a vintage fork lift lol but life is good here in Texas and I was taking a little time off to play with a 1965 VW bug I bought when we got here but itching to build another bike
best1 on internet so far,

Very pro, excellent,thanks
more of this pls ,its inspiring me to start on a project.its a shame in hungary there isnt a lot to buy to start off so need to learn how from scratch !brilliant video
David Csermak have friends there.
interest is there and here...I am wanting to build my own bike and am gathering lots of information. unfortunately not much info being shared about how variety of engines and transmissions are mounted, also offset dimensions when required for wider tires, my interest is with 180mm and the 200 mm tire at rear.
by the way ...great job on your videos, awesome jig and machine work. keep up the good work and thanks for sharing,
keep up the good hard work... trying to build 1 my self...
yeah man continue please, as much info as possible about frame and chopper building
Wow, now that's a cool welding jig you got there. I'm going to build me one to and seeing yours inspired me a lot. Super, keep the vids coming.thanks man and good luck in texas.
I actually learned a lot in this 8 minutes :D
Thanks man like with all the other comments I really appreciate a ton, it is motivating to get good responses and where we moved there isnt allot of fabricators around here, allot of health nuts though lol. I am hoping to kick out a few more videos real soon and maybe some stuff I am doing to my VW bug but thanks again!
great stuff keep up the videos!!!
Thanks man I really appreciate it, getting plans is the best thing you could do to make it achievable. It is a tough thing to do so anything you can do to shave a little mental anguish off makes it a ton more fun

Hey I am very interested in your videos and building custom frames and bikes where abouts are you based ????
great video pal what kind of tig setup are you using on the tube joints amps, filler rod size, tungsten size . thanks tom
Thanks 559welder!
Thanks
No blue prints around anymore, I had some drawings I sketched with measurements but that was years ago and can not find them lol, we moved to Texas so having trouble finding allot of stuff. If I come across them your welcome to them
Thanks, I am almost at a point I could do some work in the small space I have everything so I should be posting up some vids soon
Maybe you can help me me and my boy want to build a bike to gather but I would have to say we don't know the frist thing about I was told I need at least 25 feet of tubing and not sure everything we need like where to send the tubing or anything like that he like to have one and I like to help my boy build
@TheErastus I will try to shoot a video when I put a neck in next time, most of the time the customer knows what rake they want or we discuss what look or handling the want and go from there, make sure you subscribe and friend me then when I post a video you will know
what grade tubing do you use on your frames.
@scourge805 Thanks! I shot some video today of making a axle for one of the frames so I can ship it out today I will post it today at some point. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, it helps me to know someone wants to see them and makes me want to make more videos.
when is he gonna weldem
How do I make axle cairerrs for a bobber
I start with the plate 3/8" and cut the profile from a template I made then clean and tack weld together so I can gang mill the axle slot in both then finish machining the outside edge while they are still joined so they match for left and right. much easier to make from the hidden axle blocks which require sitting at the mill machining the left and right separately out of 2X2X4 solid blocks
Massively over robust. .........
I want more vids, I'm trying to make my own frame for my sportster.
Cool man, I am close to being able to get to my stuff and will post up asap
Can't wait!!
