I did a few short clips sewing the front panel to the gusset and binding. I cut out the sewing portion since it doesn't provide much instruction and allows the videos to be shorter. It also makes video editing easier.

Confused says put flap rat with slip pocket exterior so I assume that you are referring to front slip pocket piece D. So if I put nhandmade tag on flap it seems to be upside down ???

cute bag pattern! is it possible to put the CC compartment on the KiKi bag if I like the size and longer zipper of the Kiki bag more?

Depends on your skill level and how you are good at altering patterns. I think I would downsize the CiCi pattern and then whatever you remove in length from the gusset add back to the zipper panel length.
