I had almost lost faith in the Agency completely after waiting 3 months for my paper work for a certified towbar, and I see you didnt update your database when I had my truck re weighed for the tare weight. BUT THIS IS GREAT!, useful, informative and real. Hopefully this represents a new attitude and direction towards helping rebuild the NZ Transport industry which has been absolutely smashed into the ground with overbearing, incompetent beauracracy, over tax and over regulation to the point of outright insanity.
