WhiskyCast HD: Bringing Whisky to Ballindalloch

The MacPherson-Grant family has owned Scotland's Ballindalloch Estate for 469 years, so short-term thinking isn't in their DNA. The family has converted an old barn on the estate into Speyside's smallest distillery, with plans to release a Ballindalloch single malt Scotch Whisky years from now.

Just picked up an 8yr 61.1% 2015 Sherry Butt single cask & I think it was worth the wait, though it was a premium price £99 so maybe just a visit once in a while dram.

Two seemingly posh English guys running a whisky distillery seems wrong, but my hopes are high for all these newer distilleries, especially Daftmill.
