@@PekinWoof The only difference I can think of is that instead of "when you hit the ability, apply 1 stack" like it is for most abilities, its something like "whenever damage is dealt by the ability, apply 1 stack" and hitting the barrier shield doesn't apply one. I don't know if it applies it when hitting other shields but either way it doesn't make much sense. Edit: Ok yeah so at 38:15 you E the Galio which should apply stacks but it doesn't because he has his magic shield up. IDK if that intended but it seems like thats whats happening.

dealing damage to shields isn't considered damaging people if u don't break the shield, that's why u can still recall if u get hit if u get shielded, so u probably have to do hp damage

If something would be to proc only on damage, then the tooltip "when abilities do damage" makes sense, but this is kinda complicated when we are talking about *types of damage* - would you say that, if you needed to hit health and it to be magic damage... You would need to "when you apply magic-type harm"? Because this becomes difficult since "Attack damage" and "Magic damage" are in-game terms. Do I need to hit abilities that do magic damage on health only? Because that too makes the tooltip overcomplicated. Clarity is needed, but since Attack Damage and Magic Damage are terms the situation here gets really, really complicated to be exact without confusing the reader.
Seriously her ult damage is basically 3x her passive. Either make it activate the full stacks once, thus reaching the execute or cause the current passive damage to double and then remove them. So much damage so easily.
I've been saying since the leak that her IMMUNITY during it is completely broken and needs to either be straight up removed or toned down to damage reduction scaling up, like Irelia's W or WW E. Make it so it has as much dmg reduction as the reflection % and scale it up until at rank 5 is immunity.

on 24:00 you executed Irelia while she didn't have the execute mark. I think because the game doesnt calculate the extra damage from Shadow Flame for the Execute!
At 18:45 to my knowledge what happened is that you reflected the projectile back, but it had "hit you" already you were just spell immune so instead of returning to Draven and then vanishing it returning to you and vanished. I could definitely be wrong but I assume this is what happened
Something I dont think you mentioned pekin, does her auto attack apply multiple stacks of overwhelm after you cast an ability? I feel like auto weaving would apply 4 stacks per attack, making like e->auto->q->auto->w->auto ->R a massive combo.

so messed up.. watched the blueprint for my mel match. i laned against irelia directly after watching this video she's so easy to pilot, I feel she's going to get some nerfs. I wonder if her W is just too much power budget. the only thing similar is fiora, but fiora's a squishy melee and she can't move while using it.

You don't need to pre hit mage minions under tower. Your passive makes it that when you autoattacked them with low HP, it does extra damage just like Zed passive.
I Just dont see where her counter play is. I think riot has made scaling champions to safe early while being extremely broken later game. Its not difficult to sit under tower passively farm from range and get online at level nine. This champ is 200 years for sure though
blackfire cosmic goes hard on her. all that cdr gets you alot of stacks which means more damage but cosmic also helps the fact that youre kinda easy to kill if they can reach you
This looks like a fun champ to play but it needs to be gutted and built back up from the bottom. That reflection ability is a risky ability to put in the game and I can only seeing it work if the cooldown was extreme. Even with full CDR the cooldown should be 30 seconds its such a crazy ability to have. Damage wise numbers are easier to fix.

I don't see it as OP as it seems. Maybe, if you are lucky and land ult on multiple targets, then it's super strong, but as a Syndra main, I normally press R and people disappear late game anyways. Of course, Syndra ult is single target. There is a point where anything over kill threshold is irrelevant, except if we are talking about killing tanks, of course, where Syndra may struggle, and Mel may be able to stack enough to kill them.
mel's damage and self-peel is just so much more reliable than other burst mages, whats the point of using any other at this point? its a mage that even counters mage counters like garen u can parry the silence to him lol

You can see in the second game vs Galio that hits into his magic shield don't stack either. I think she does have to deal damage.
