I and hubby are considering this builder.. but have not really been seeing good reviews about them. What has your experience been so far with the builder and please can you do a detailed video of your building process
We like them. Our house was a Spec House, which means we didn’t build it from ground up. They were almost a done when we found the house. We were lucky that it happened to have most of our wants and also included upgraded we never thought about. We met the actual builder/contractor and he was super helpful with finishing the house. In the first year, we’ve only have to fix minor things, which the builder fixed without any headaches.
Congratulations! Your house is beautiful! Don't mean to be a downer but please be mindful there are some weirdos out here and showing your entire floorplan may not be best for safety reasons and saying your Neighbourhood, no hate or shade, perhaps an edit if possible can be considered 🙃
