    호흡을 잡지말라시는게 호흡을들이마신채로 수축하라는걸까요? 어차피 수축을할때 들이마신상태에서도 자연스레잡히더군요 사실저도 힘들면 자연스레 이렇게돼서 이렇게하면 자극은좋은데 예전부터 이완할때마시고 수축할때는 호흡을잠궈서 배가튀어나오게되고 그상태에서 수축을하라고 배워서 이렇게했는데 코치님은 흉곽으로 호흡을마시고 배가튀어나오게잠구지말고 수축하란걸까요 제가이해한게맞을까요 코치님?

      힘쓸때 내뱉는게 기본이고 내릴때는 한 번에 호흡이나 여러번이나 상관없어요 ~ 중요한 건 호흡때문에 운동이 방해 안되게 편함을 찾아야해요!

      @hong_junyoung_A1 감사합니다 저도 수축할때는 뱉는데 제가말씀드린거는 수축할때 복식호흡으로 스쿼트나데드할때 배가튀어나오면서 코어가잠기잖아요 그거처럼 하라고배웠어서 그렇게해왔는데 뭔가끊기는기분들고 불편하더라구요...

      ​@@shk-s4d 다리로 바닥을 밀면서 하면 중심을 하체로 잡으면서 운동부위에 집중해 중량을 다루기에 용이해요. 다리를 벤치에 올리고 하면 코어에 집중도가 분산되서 고중량을 다루기에는 위험할 수 있지만 허리가 안좋으신 분들은 이 방법도 좋습니다
