My parents grew up in a really poor town in mexico and now that ive grown up and got a job ive been looking into how to take care of my hair skin and body. Videos like these are really helpful as i had no one to teach me any of this stuff. My parents grew up using laundry detergent as shampoo and im a guy so practically no education on hygiene other than shower deodorant and brush teeth
Now I want to use laundry detergent on my hair for the smell!!! 🥰

As a heterosexual man… I do this. I see myself as a exceptionally clean man. I spend at least 45 min in the shower. Wash 4x and deep scrub, shave and moisturize. Because I have sensitive skin and fear dirt and Bo… this is why I wash the way I do. Also, only use WHITE TOWELS!!!
IDK, spending 45 minutes in the shower and only using white towels isn't an indicator of cleanliness.
That’s a waste of water 15-20 minutes is good for an regular shower.

Hi dear i really love your content and have been following for awhile. a quick one. for someone suffering from underarm bumps I've stayed away from stick for ages but creams haven't helped much, so can I try this conditioner and stick combo with the ordinary toner too??.

Girlsss. This is a Friendly Reminder! Body Scrub are actually damaging for your skin as every Physical exfoliant so instead a physical exfoliant use a Chemical one like Black Soap (2-3x a week) and use a Medical low Ph Body Soap for every day uses. Also use instead of regular Wasch loafs a African net Sponge (and wash it after every use) because Loafs actually can cause Body acne because the dirt get build up in the loaf, also use before your lotion any Body oil because it locks the moisture in the skin and will keep you Hydrate. I found this things recently after struggling with my Skin so long I hope I helped some of you Guys out. Remember less is more so using too much might do the opposite of what you actually want to achieve :)))

I also did research and found that body scrubs should only be used 2 to 3 times a week maximum.
And what is recommended is using them only once a week....
