नमस्कार सर, आपको भी नए साल की ढेरों बधाई| सर्विस एरिया बिज़नेस के केस में गूगल लोकेशन को चेक नहीं कर सकता है लेकिन कुछ और मेथड जरूर होंगे जिससे वो रिव्यु के जेन्युइन होने की पुष्टि करने की कोशिश करते होंगे| लोकेशन एकदम कम्पलसरी भी नहीं है क्यूंकि बहुत सारे ऐसे कस्टमर भी हैं जिनके मोबाइल में लोकेशन डाटा ऑन भी नहीं होता है| इसीलिए मैंने ये भी बताया है की गूगल थर्ड पार्टी रिव्यु भी चेक करता है| लेकिन फिजिकल लोकेशन वाले बिज़नेस अगर सैकड़ों ऐसे रिव्यु इकठ्ठा कर लेते है जिनमे से किसी ने उस बिज़नेस पर विजिट नहीं किया है तो ऐसे रिव्यु जरूर मान्य नहीं होंगे|

Sir what to do if I have two listing ? The second made by me and the first made by someone else , whom I dont know .
How I can remove that listing which was not made by me.
You can use the "suggest an edit" option on the other listing that wasn't created by you and select "remove this place". Now select "doesn't exist" in the reason for removal drop-down and click send.

Nice question. Short names don't have any noticeable effect on GMB rank. At least I haven't noticed. But there is a formal policy about short names too. One should not try to impersonate competitor with short names.

Sir, few months back my local listing suspended. many more times reinstart request and also mails send to google my business team, but they did not properly answering, finally we removed and delete my listing and we registerd another email id and local listing created and also verify is pending. few days lather my first listing is active, how to business posts and up date my listings.

Hi amit thanks for informative video. I have two business listing one in india and one in UAE as now Google dosnt allow transferring of listing from one country to another. So in my uae listing I have added UAE after my business name. Will there be a problem? My UAE business name is arpna photography UAE .
It might create issue at some point in future because it is against GMB's name policy. Also, it doesn't give you any benefit.

You can have 10 listings with same name in the same city. Take Dominos or KFC for example, they have hundreds of outlets in major cities without any problem. You cannot use same number and address on multiple listings, name is not an issue.

Thanks sir actually today my college added keyword in my one listing . We are operating our business in three city with name ColourDrive but in mubai listing we have added a keyword.. So exact same as listing name "ColourDrive +same exact keywords " we should add in other city listing also or not or else we should remove from Mumbai listing also... Please thanks in advance
Hi. You should remove keyword from that listing. Since you are operating in 3 cities and have 3 listings, you can benefit with 3 listings of same name. Let GMB figure out that you are a large business that has presence in 3 cities and it will get you more traffic. Remember, authority is an important factor of GMB ranking. Let your 3 listings prove your authority.

Hello Wahid. Aap apne keyword aur location ko mujhe amit@amittiwari.net par email kar dijiye. Kai baar google ek account se hui complaints par act nahi karta aise me kai account se hui complaints accept ho jati hai. Agar listings really me policy violate kar rahi hai to ham apne level par jarur map clean karne ki koshish karenge.

You can show the common phone number as an additional phone number. Primary phone number has to be unique.

You should remove the other listing immediately. Find "suggest an edit" option on the listing that should be removed and select second option to close it.

You cannot create two listings at the same address, it is against GMB policies. You can add different categories in the same listing but it needs to be planned well and executed professionally. Its neither impossible, not simple.

Right title should be "Dimple Decorr". You can add "Aluminium Windows,Doors,False Ceiling,PVC Wall Panels,HPL,PlyWood,UPVC Window" as product or services. Adding product and services get you more useful traffic.

Hi Kiran. At least mujhe aise kisi tool ke bare me nahi pata hai. GMB ka audit manual aur tiring process hai. kisi bhi GMB listing ki reputation par uske past owners/managers ka bhi asar padta hai so mujhe nahi lagta ki aisa koi bhi tool ho sakta hai jo GMB ke spam score ko check kar sake. Isi liye GMB ki policies ko strictly follow karna jaruri hai.

Address change karne par google kai dafa verification ke liye post card naye address par bhejta hai but hamesha aisa jaruri nahi hai. Apne sahi address dala hai to koi problem nahi hogi.

Sir are you sure that google tracks the location of a reviewer?? If yes then what will happen to those businesses where customer doesn't visit the shop like packers and movers, towing service, plumbers etc
Nice question. Association is better word than tracking. Yes, Google associates and recently it was found that Google might diminish the effect of reviews if reviewer doesn't visit the place again for a long time. Visit is important! For SABs, there must be other checks in place. This is why I suggest everyone to not use service area unless required.
