You can start with some foundations! Such as chest isolation and grooves - there are lots of different techniques that you can explore and practice before you start learning it!
Great question! The moves themselves are not too difficult to learn, but the choreography is too fast and prob needs tons of re-runs for beginner to keep up. Additionally it would take lots of time analysing and practicing the moves to get the grooves and texture. So I would say it is pretty hard to look good while doing it, but the moves themselves are okay! I taught the dancebreak in class and everyone (advance beginner level students) can get it within one hour, so I suppose it would just take more time if you are doing it at home, but it's totally durable 🫶🏻
