Speak English with confidence as like u r addressing a gathering. learn how to speak words with different tones.speak in front of mirror any topic you choose with your eye contact.practice daily till before your ssb. U will realise the improvement.
I would rather like to suggest that u learn Gd topics which will help you to gather information and also help in english speaking practice.

🙋🏻♂️Hi Shubham Bhaiya, my self Parth Mandale.
I m in class 11th( after 2 months I will be in class 12)
Age -17 Years(2003 which means I m supposed to be in class 12 right now but due to my Childhood Misery I'm late by 1 year...which tells I have already lost my 2 Attempts and now only left with 2 more attempts).
👆🏻So bcoz of this I can say that I need to manage my class 12 and NDA preparation very properly or otherwise I will not be able to make it possible (coz I don't have any attempt after my class 12 which usually boys do have if they are with perfect age and class)
So, I m taking each and everysteps very carefully so that I won't make any mistake in especially NDA prep.

I m preparing from Home so there isn't much physical activity involved in my daily routine... Giving my 8hrs+ to studies which exhaust me for the day.... So I do know that I lacking physically!

I had taken Dummy school for 11 and 12 so no need to go in school as well ...I spend my whole day enclosed by four sided wall (which means no interactions, no self development and 0 personality).

Hi, brother just one year younger than you and will be in class 12. I think you should focus on health and body also. Eight hours are not for study , I manage that in less than 3 hours yet I perform very well. You should go outside to your friend circle. Don't take stress.
