Uncle Scott in trouble with Mrs CC and hiding in the shop;-)😅
🤣Always in some kind of trouble, She always knows where to find me if I am really in trouble!! Can't hide anywhere!
@@unclescottccequipment Good to see you in the shop! Not much dialog on filling your pockets with bolts anymore. 😞
@@danb1059 My personal bolt bin is stocked right now. 😂😂
These dozer exploratory surgery and then repair them videos are my fav. It brought me to the channel and keeps me coming back.
Nice job.
couldn't have said it any better warbird!!🤩
Your knowledge, sense of humor, work ethic, editing, etc. just always impresses. And your sons are a whole other category of great.Thank you for this channel, sir! It's a joy to watch!
Professionals making it look easy. This will be a good series of videos.
It's very refreshing to to see young men working on this equipment and learning 🙌. We need the next generation to learn this trade. Using your hands to fix thing is something young people need. It's something that isn't taught anymore in school. I remember having trade classes. My first experience with welding was in high school. Not a class anymore. It's stuff our young people need to have access to if they are interested. Good to see this. These young men will be thankful.
Excellent episode. The chemistry between the actors are outstanding. Props to the casting department.
You men have got to have one of the best heavy equipment equipment shops I have seen. It is really enjoyable watching heavy equipment being put back to work and operating the way it should. My neighbor took his 977 to the dealer to get some rollers replaced in the undercarriage and they suggested that he take it to an independent shop because it would be so expensive to do because of all the difficulty of the job. Mind you, these are the people who are supposed to have all the special tools, etc. Thanks for showing how its done, Bill
Me thinks Uncle Scott likes to get away from the desk occasionally.
Can see why - that looked like fun.
Some days I wish I worked in the shop. Office was a little slow that day, so I went out to help.
@@unclescottccequipmentdon’t leave me in the office … Jay doesn’t find me as funny 😂😂
@@mrsclinton He does, he just doesn't show it! 🤣
I want to see that red Willys in the background!
What a show!! And when Uncle Scott was helping on the final drive-he got that little smile going--and I'm thinking-'Sure am glad that dozer ain't mine' Going to be back pocket deep soon...🙄🙄🙄
I told him not to get that smile on camera, have to keep my "grumpy" appearance up!
Good job Clint and Kevin on taking that John Deere apart.
Great to see uncle Scott helping in the shed he is cool as ,Great bunch of workers friends and family working together so cool , the work you do on machines is a bonus big thankyou .
Thanks, always good to get out of the office for a little while to help out, and learn a thing or two.
I've done the same drill test once or twice and the best way to find out I've found to determine what way they are going was putting a ziptie on the socket
That 1 inch Milwaukee is a beast I got a 3 quarter and it is pretty strong
That Clint has a world of knowledge when it comes tractors.and equipment ... I enjoy just heading him talk about equipment ..
Just seeing this, and already loving it. always finding these rebuilds so interesting.
As always, you guys go the extra mile, few if any shop would go the extra steps to make sure things are done correctly!!
Thanks Clint, Kevin and Uncle Scott.
I really needed this. You just don't know how good it feels to watch a tear down and inspect.
it's not a torch, it's a FIRE-WRENCH-1000. Thanks for sharing.
It’s a gas axe only name for it
@@gregshearer423 I'm 70 yr's old, reminds me of when I moved from Long Island, New York (Born & Raised, left @ 29 yr's old) to the pacific northwest, 50 miles north of the SAN-FRAN-FREAK-O of the north, formerly known as Seattle. Of course I had brought all of my hand-tools one being a hand electric circle-saw. Imagine my surprise when I first HEARD & Seen a "Worm-Driven-Saw." (purchased one the next day.) I learned at the time (late 1970's) basically East of the Mississippi River, Electric Circle-Saw, West of the Mississippi River, "Worm-Driven-Saw."
So, with what I put above this question, the following will make sense, what part of the country are you from. I luv that "gas-axe," *NOTICE* I'm stealing that. Now to be know as a *Gas-Axe-1000.*

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Great to see another tear down of a problem child. Wishing you and your family the best
New toys new projects you guy getting to have all the fun!!
Uncle Scott is a barrel of laughs, full of jokes and small talk. He doesn't take himself too seriously.
What a clown he is! 🤣
Looks like a great amount of work required!😮
Mrs C booted Uncle Scott out of the office. :). Great video.
😂She wouldn't do that to me.......
@@unclescottccequipmentI really wouldn’t! 😂😂 I can always count on Uncle Scott to make me laugh and share his snacks 😂😂
@@mrsclinton Laughin and snackin!! It's what we do best!!
Hi Clint and Kevin, would it be possible to do a video of Kevin prepping and painting this 450G? He does such a thorough job, I'd like to see how he takes care of such surface rust as well as some priming and sanding, and of course a good clip of the painting.
thx.
Stay tuned
Uncle Scott might need some Old Milwaukee after all the Milwaukee impact work! Excellent tractor content!
🤮🤮 🤮
@@unclescottccequipment Oooops! Never mind...
Always great videos I look forward to all your new content the bantering back and forth makes for a happy shop 😁👍🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Never a dull moment at C & C .Always a great video. Never know what you will get into. Can't wait for Friday
You guys got a good can of worms on this dozer going to be down right interesting to see what else you guys are going to run into 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Love these rebuilds. Your knowledge and workmanship is a credit to you and your crew. Bravo from Victoria Australia
Putting uncle Scott to work today. You go Scott. Horn a blowing you know what that means.
Thanks! Always good to get out of the office. To many work related injuries in there, papercuts hurt! 🤣
"This is a great time." LMAO. But it is a great great fun to watch.
Ha ha, You know something. I was never much interested in Dozers, I knew nothing about them, but I do believe that after watching this channel for a couple years I could quite likely be able to have a reasonably sensible conversation with someone who does know a thing or two about Dozers. Well done C&C.
Me too bub... been bluffing for years now🤣🤣🤫🤫🤫🫡😶🌫️-Kevin
I don't know if I could work with Kevin. He destroyed me with the "anybody seen my beach ball" nothing worse than Diet Coke out both nostrils. He is the king of one-liners great video guys keep them comin'
He's special alright
Clinton Kevin and Uncle Scott great video! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
You guys are great. That’s what I love about your channel you never know what you’re gonna see. Mil vs Snap! Boys will be boys!
Another dozer repair! Awesome!
Awesome videos I Enjoy Everyone of Them😃👍
You are the Sherlock Homes of Dozers and all things Diesel
What a mess, but it’s at C&C Equipment, no worries!!💪🤗🇺🇸
Riveting as always, with just the right amount of jocularity.
Work is a whole lot easier when you are have good friends for work partners. I enjoy watching and hopefully learn something too!
Very enjoyable video Clint and Kevin and Scott
I’m a casual viewer, but I truly enjoy this type on content. Please keep it coming.
In the words of Michelle tanner... you got it dude!👍👍🤪🤣-Kevin
Psychic “Cleo”…, Great team effort..!
Love these series repair videos,
Thank you sir.
Pocket knife - really Mr C! LOL Another great project with so many elements for others to learn from. Of course there will be fun and games along the way. Hope you weren't blown away with the storms your way today.
Still standing in one piece when we left. Definitely rained though 😁-Kevin
When Uncle Scott tripped Kevin wanted to laugh (it did look funny!) but he thought..."I better not laugh he's a lot bigger than me"!! This show is GREAT!!! Yes I always Hit The Like Button!!!
🤣🤣 He better not have laughed!!
I enjoy seeing the final drives come apart. It’s cool to see the inner workings of the thing that transfers the power to the tracks. Thanks guys.
I love the part of the video when you give the knowledge of how the machines work ❤❤
Good job Clint and Kevin
Hello from Scotland
👋👋😀😁
Clint, love these type of videos, we learn so much in a great work environment. Another great series of videos coming our way. Have a great week guys
Great job everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved the Battle Of The Impact Wrenches !!!
From the looks of those tracks that must of been one of them NASCAR dozers!! Always turning left🤣🤣
WOW. I will be loving this project as it is brought back. Great content Clint. Glad to see Uncle Scott getting into the greasy stuff. LOL
Glad I had those gloves!
Thanks for the great videos! That 450G will be like a new one when y'all get done. I like the way y'all take the initiative to investigate and repair issues that could be a major problem in the future. Thanks for showing everyone how it should be done.
It never ends. Glad it's just the pinion gear. Looking forward to watching this one all the way thru. It's a good thing the owner said fix it before it destroyed the final drive.
Clint you have a good understanding of human nature. It helps workplace moral to have some fun while at work.Snap-on vs Milwaukie. Very interesting. Not very scientific but Fun. I worked at a major corporation for more than 30 years. Somewhere around year 20 things had changed enough there was not much fun In the workplace. It made the remaining years much more difficult than they should have been. Keep up the great attitude and good videos. Tell Scott he needs suction cup shoes to handle that big impact gun, so he won't lose his balance if another bolt breaks.
I was hoping he would have edited that little scene out!! 🤣
That is some CLAPPED OUT track!
Rebuilt a lot of 450-650G transmissions. Every crew had at least one. Almost always had to replace 1-2 clutch hub (the most used) except for one operator who could finish grade at 60 mph. He took out the 3-4 hub. Great videos.
I like Uncle Scott and the "Gloves" can really tell who is used to working in the shop and who is not! Maybe Scott is afraid to get "sausage hands" like Mr. Kevin!
Not a lot of things scare me, but "sausage hands" would have to be on that list!
It's cool how you have a good time working together men..
Days go a lot quicker when you get along & have fun.
That’s a prime example of why I like that press (I’ve had that same one for years!) the side shift is a great option to have when you need it just like you did with that case!
I'm sure when I was a drinker in my younger days, I drank something the same colour as that oil. Looks like the concoction they gave to Robert Mitchum in Eldarado. And what's with Uncle Scott, he actually got his genes and t-shirt dirty. 😂🤣👍
They are still trying to figure out what's up with me! 😂
That is a clear gear fatigue failure. The best explanation I was ever given on how to determine gear failure analysis was if looks like a smooth concrete it is fatigue “ Micro fracturing “ if it looks like a broken cinder block then it is an abuse type failure. Have built many transmissions in my time. Working for a Mack and Freightliner dealers for 25yrs
I like the in depth videos that show how the equipment comes a part and what it takes for it to be put back together. I would hate to even think about writing the check to pay for it.
You guys LOL, electric tool show down. I have both! 🤔👍
That looked like a chunk of wire got wrapped up in the face seal on that final drive. Those seals are all nice and happy until something gets in there and ruins the surface.
I'm enjoying this rehab. Nice work, gentlemen.
I really like what you do I have done that for 60 years but you guys are verry sharp and I am glad you found snap-on I have tools from the 1960,s
this is a very good show
Thanks for sharing a tear apart! Love to see how these machines work. Always amazing how much goes into them and how you all can tear it apart and put it back better then it was. Cheers
I got excited when you said something about flying an airplane. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Best way to get a good dozer, get it from C&C
Big, medium or small!!
Love the banter , love the work, wish I had your facilities to work on my equipment. Another great video. Greetings from the UK
👋
You got your hands full on this one means awesome for us great watch 👍👋🇨🇦
Pretty amazing how well made this equipment actually is especially the environments and duty they work in plus operators who tend to thrash everything that’s not their own .
Always enjoy your time
Nice to see you guys!
You guys having way too much fun 😂😂👍👍🍻
Clinton I don’t know how often you oil your air impact. But I’ve learned in the past when they hammer like that but won’t break the bolt loose, try a couple drops of oil in the gun and see if it helps.
Wrap a string around the adapter, see which way it winds up. I bet a dollar, that thin piece of metal was sheared off the edge of that metal on metal seal, because it wasn't aligned right when it was assembled last.
🤘😎
I want to see you make a video just on your RC planes. I frigging love those things.
You two have one big bucket of bolts! This is going to be good!😊 Thanks for sharing 👍
You guys make this kind of work look easy. I want one of those pocket knives just for my youtuber memorabilia collection. I have a collection for all my favorite channels.
Thanks guys
Great Video Clint- its great to see whats inside any machine and after which it educates what is happening when operating
Really enjoying the content, very educational!
I’m just so glad I don’t have to pay for the repairs
Talk about breaking the bank! LOL
Thank you for the beware of issues on purchases.
I'm hearing Monte Python "Bring out your dead..."
Great video. Looking forwatd to the resto product.
Always fun to watch these videos. The comrade between you all is great. Always laughing and cut up. The war of the powers tools was cool. Can't wait to see what you all find in the transmission.
You guys put on a good show keep it up
Learning something new everyday looking forward to the rest 👍👍🙂🇨🇦

Looks like with all of your fab tables & elevated work stations, you dont like workin on your prayer bones any more than I do, sure your more productive that way. Like your videos, thanks for the watch.
I was waiting for the slow Mo of the arrow but I think you're right. Milwaukee for the win! Now I think I will have a beer.
Impacts. The one that has more hits per min. Will win. In another words the the one that hits when the other ones between hits.
You guys are just fun to watch. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Love it.
👌👍! Thanks for sharing!
Great video content as usual. Can't wait for the next revelation.
