@@Bubbles560 Hi Mariah, I'm sorry for my late reply back to you but it usually takes a minimum of 24 weeks for a baby from Nikki to arrive home. In my experience, Nikki does not add your doll to the custom list until it is paid for in full and all layaway payments are paid. I wouldn't worry too much, Im sure Nikki will get back to your email soon. she's usually pretty quick and I've never had an issue hearing back from her. Thank you for watching my video also 🥰

Back in 2014 I ordered a custom toddler. I got him 2 years later. The doll turned out fine but the stuff he came with didn't fit. It looked more like random stuff.

The nails are not detailed? Does she do a protective matte varnish on her babies? They don't look like they have many layers. Do they have any texture or mottling?
