This legend in gospel music & ministry will be missed greatly. He, his wife & grandson were in a fatal car accident last night coming from the AIM Convention of COGIC. All passed away. Please pray for his children, family, church family, and all who were blessed by his ministry.
I first heard this song on XM Radio (Spirit) and I had to pull off the road because the words were so POWERFUL. This song reminded me of my late grandmother - she was a wonderful woman of GOD. She believe in the name of JESUS. I can hear my grandmother saying the words 'Jesus, Jesus, Jesus'. Rev Wright has once again Bless us by showing GOD's grace in song.
I love this song so much. When I hear it, it takes me back to those horrifying days that followed Katrina and how they were bascially discarded as animals, and expected to fend for themselves. Oh but once you call on JESUS. He will give you peace in the midst of the storm God Bless All of YOu
