O my God this was when nigeria was till Nigeria you don’t have to have a lot of money to enjoy yourself or to live a expensive life I was at the burial party of musibau Adisa Olatunji mum at agarawu that was a great party wasiu Ayinde played at the party and the record came out in 1986 end of the year of 86 those days are igbadun oloyin then you don’t need alot of money to enjoy yourself Anyway
Well agreed. That was indeed when you really don’t need much to survive in Nigeria. This is pure #orin saje back in the mid 80s to early 90s until late 90s anything after is modernisation Fuji……..olorun oba o 🙆🏾 I was in osun state when this record was released…..live on The only wasiu of our generation 🙌🏾
I love this album. Kudos to the band member. Oluperi and Aromasodun on sakara, Rasaki and Lati papa on omele sakara, while Saka blasting the drums. Agogo by Jeje. The percussion is too perfect. God bless them all. You can never get tired of listening to them
Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde has paid his dues. As someone who has been following his music since 1984 and in my mid 50s, I will say to the youths out there to give respect to whom it's due. You are a legend Wese, may you live long.

He simplified it to his own style. Who else among the fuji musicians sing like him? None. At least people should just let him enjoy his moment.
I love you comment 🤝
