What an awesome video! I loved watching the unveiling and trying to guess a few and I took a couple screen shots to add the names to my wish list (thanks for showing the name tags).
The white pots are from snappypots.com The magnetic planters have a liner that comes with them, and we created a liner that fits inside the regular planter that we 3D print.
Question: A number of your plants have flowers ready to bloom. In your opinion, what is the major quality that the grower provides that makes the chances of that so great?
The plants here that are flowering will continue to grow. They're not monocarpic (death blooms). For the past decade (and more) Mountain Crest Gardens has been testing, adjusting, and improving their growing system and packaging to ensure plants arrive in the best condition possible. They're careful about which plants they ship, make sure the soil is always dry (which is better for the succulents), and only ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure packages don't sit at the post office over the weekend. Flowering isn't something the grower has much control over. It's not uncommon for Echeveria to have blooms in the spring.
@@Succulentsandsunshine So you wouldn’t choose one factor as the most likely to help produce flowering in a grower’s situation? It’s definitely a “perfecting” of all the needs of the plants?
Watching your unboxing and I do buy a lot from MTG. I’m wondering if those paper fillers are safe to use as fillers when putting succulents. Do you know???
Well, that was one GORGEOUS haul! Thank you for sharing❤
How exciting to receive such a diverse collection! Christmas in April!

Fertilizing can help, but I don't think it's something that growers necessarily strive for, though I'm not positive.
If you're wanting to order succulents that are flowering, you could email their customer service and see what they have that's currently blooming.
Nice plants.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by using it as filler. Are you asking if you can mix the shredded paper in with the soil?
May I know your soil mix please
I use Bonsai Jack Gritty Mix:
