Man, only those who were eager to get baptized on their baptism day will understand that all the things that went "wrong" don't even matter. What matters is that you were baptized. The day I got baptized, the water was freezing but I was so excited! I didn't fall or anything funny, but I was baptized and that's all that really matters.

The man in the video was a broken vessel. straight from the streets. He came to our church broken but left healed and having a true family. He was a fun loving and funny person. .we take baptism seriously but we also know that it just a symbol to the world that we have accepted Christ as our personal savior. we are a loving close knitted family in Christ and we laugh and love people back to life..and as for the pool of choice we use what we God had provided until he elevates us to the next thing.. people can be judgemental and forget about the souls. john the baptist baptized in the river.. That water was dirty its not about the water its about the commitnent to the lord and their proclimation of a changed way, being made new. Scriptural baptism is a testimony to the world. Jesus said, "Whosoeverthereforeshall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 10:32). Our baptism is a public testimony o f our faith in the Lord Jesus: Christ, and the way in which we identify ourselves with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.
IN CONCLUSION
We understand and believe that baptism is not a "sacrament" that imparts saving grace, but an ORDINANCE. We are not saved by baptism, but by faith in Jesus Christ and His blood..."cleanseth us from all sin" (1 John 1:7).
Baptism is the outward symbol of what has already transpired in the heart of the one who has trusted the Lord Jesus Christ for full salvation.
Have you taken this first step in your walk with the Lord? Have you been obedient to the word of God concerning this matter of believer's baptism? In Acts 2:41 we read, "Then they that GLADLY received his word were baptized..." What is your response?

I also have the scriptures in my book to prove what I,ve said as well. You should be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. On the other hand if you have not repented you just went down a dry sinner and came back up a wet one. Father Son and Holy Ghost are titles nota name and a prepositional phrase

@Juan Latin, they're not supposed to baptize in the name Jesus only. It has to be exactly like the bible says and how the apostles did it, Jesus Christ or Lord Jesus. Why? The name Jesus has to be hallowed (seperated) from all other names, because there is more than one Jesus in the bible.
