"I'm not a knight. Not a man. Not anything." That line makes me cry along with him. I have low self esteem like him due to my epilepsy. So that hits close to home. This has been one of my favorite movies for years, and always will be.
Growing up people judged me because of my Asperger's and quirks that came with it. Connectioning with people was extremely difficult, and sometimes even now I think I'm better off alone. That trauma of rejection, feeling unworthy of ever being in love. You can't love another without being able to love yourself as well.
Garrett felt like he wasn't worthy of Kayley's love because of his blindness and being an outcast in exile. The fear of rejection, being judged before properly getting to know him, Garrett is someone a lot of us can relate to in different ways.
that part from 7 onward with Garret is so sad!!! :'( and i love Kayli's line,"But you belong in mine." i love this movie!! I'm glad they changed the ending from the book cause its sad
1. I think one of his friends was on the wagon with Kayley; it could have been a loved one, perhaps. 2. I think the sword's magic only healed the effects of dark magic; Garret's blindness was dealt to him naturally.
That dragon 🐉 ride looks like a a lot of fun I didn’t even notice that Garrett fell off until now which is funny 😆 to me. As a young girl I thought 💭 it was Aiden the bird 🐦 who fell off but all this time it was Garrett. Seeing Garret cry 😭 like that makes me wanna cry 😭 because he truly loves Kayley so pretty much that’s why he gave her the sword 🗡 in order to save not only her mother but Camelot as well.
It's not about worldly things like beds or houses, but the forrest is his world, because he can be all on his own there. He dosen't feel complete and is innerly broken because he lost his sight and with it the dream of becomming a knight. That's why he dosen't wants to be with people because they'd remind him of his "faults". In this world where no one's around he can live alone and dosen't need to fear to be criticzed. He is runnig away.
Nanami Momozono I agree ☝🏻 I love ❤️ this especially in six flags they used to have a firework show of quest for Camelot it’s sad 😔 that is not there anymore.
Lets look at the things that are not Explned, 1: Why did the Chicken Switched from Evil to good (i think he was tired being bossy) 2: if the sword can heel everyone why didnt it heal Garrets blindness. Those two are not explaned.
1. The chicken was scared of Ruber so he followed his commands, plus he liked the attention. He turned back to good at the end because of his wife, the hen in the cage who kept being annoyed by him flirting with other hens, and the fact that those are his humans and he isn’t actually evil. 2. The sword stone was righting unnatural magical wrongs, dragons are magical, but Garrett’s blindness was not magical in nature nor caused by magic like Arthur’s injury from the griffin, another magical creature.
Kayley makes me so mad at 6:10, she should've tried much harder to get him to go with her. It didn't even make sense why she let him go so easily, I mean i know she tried to go back, but she shouldn't have had to think about it

Oh no. I’m so sorry. 😞. I hope in the future there’s a cure for epilepsy.

You don't see the main male Hero get emotional and shed a tear in these kind of movies, but I gotta admit. I really like it.
Funny thing i thought blind people cant cry something about losing the ability to produce tears when their sight is gone.

I feel the pain when he says " I don't belong in that world."
Garret dosen't need to be heald, since he has Kayley and can see the world through her eyes. It's a sign of absolute trust and love.
00:33 Hamlet reference. That's one of Shakespeare's best.

Kayley sighs, "Ah! Camelot!""It's only a model!""SHHH!" XD
I stand alone pt 2 made my cry so much 😭😭😭

The one thing I always found hilarious about the ones chasing after them was that the three in armor constantly changed.
am I the only one that as a kid thought garet was hot?
No, in my childhood Garret and Link were both my husbands
nope same
I still do and I'm in my 20's 😅
Mr Elwes was Wesley in Princess Bride (1987) and the villainous Captain Boone in The Jungle Book (1994).
@@themagicalfox6and Kaley was my wife

3:37 Houston we have a PROBLEM 😂
ya i guess but i really love it, i kept watching it until i was 9 X)
There is absolutely no confirmation that the crew behind this film regret their involvement with Quest for Camelot.
3:37 Nobody survived that crash, dignity wise, NO ONE, it's hilarious.
Bless you.
Dude i want the whole movie. Please?

She had a kingdom to save. She couldn't waste time trying to get him to go with her. Her Mom too
Same here
Kayley looks like actress Felicity Jones.
