I think this is just a human thing. When ppl don't know what to do, they do what others do, or what others tell them. The brain likes that because it's an easier decision to make since you feel less responsable of it.

The worst thing about among us is when your imposter, and people say its you saying they saw something, but they're wrong, but you get voted out, and then they think they are smart, but they are actually shit and voted wrong but right at the same time.
It took me like 50 games of *AMOGUS* to get my first game as impostor.
I was so excited, but I sadly got it in a lobby with randoms.
I got my alibi of being on cams and multiple people saw me there, then called lights and snuck a kill in upper engine and plan to quickly go back to cams as if I never left, and no-one saw.
I walk back to cams and my partner fucking killed directly outside cams while I was in upper engine and I get framed for their kill.

I was so pumped to get impostor and when I finally got it I just instantly got blamed for my partner's kill
