Last night we had to unexpectedly put my dog and best friend of 16 years to sleep. While at the emergency vet crying, waiting for my dog to come back from preparation, I was wondering if I made the wrong decision the vet saw my shirt. It read “all I need is a little bit of coffee and a whole lot of Jesus”. He said God made the ultimate sacrifice for us, for you to make the ultimate sacrifice for them, she’ll be with him and no longer in pain. I was obviously taken back by this, like he had read my mind. After we left the vet we turned on the radio and this was the song that was playing. Even in the toughest part of our lives Jesus was still there.
I know it’s been a year but I just saw this and just heard this song. I’m going through a lot so this song was Godsent. I’m crying like a baby right now because my dog is getting old and lately I’ve been so scared of losing him. I thank God every morning for honoring me with my dog’s care. He is like my child. All of my pups are. This one is my first that I’ve ever trained to be my service dog. We are so close, like 1. He’s always with me unless it’s not possible for him to be with me.

Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movies, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. Having my life completely transformed by a debilitating chronic illness and spinal surgeries and seeing the former healthy version of myself disappearing along with my friends and loved ones, this song really speaks to me. On the mountains, in the valley’s There was Jesus. I may be walking this road without a lot of people who I love dearly, but I’m not alone in this. Though my body is breaking more and more each day, my spirit is growing stronger and stronger. Thanks be to God for blessing me in all of this.

Every time I listen to this song. God shows me visions of moments in my life when I thought I was alone and He was always there with me. My grandmother passed away in August. Her death shattered me she was such a special person in my life. During her final days I saw Jesus standing in the doorway of her hospital room as I held her hand. I saw myself when I got the phone call from my uncle that she had passed away and Jesus was there with me. A vision I see often is one when I was a little girl I was crying by myself in my room because I was abused. I thought I was all alone but Jesus was there sitting at the foot of my bed comforting me. I didn't even know Him the first 20 years of my life but He still stayed by my side. Always make Jesus your bestest friend because people will leave you and abandon you but He never will❤️ (Hebrews 13:5)

I was laying on the road after being hit head-on crying out to Jesus not caring who heard except Jesus. I just wanted to feel His presence. I was critically injured and died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I felt abandoned laying on the road as I did not feel Hm at all. I asked Him after I was released from the hospital and home where He was when I so needed the comfort of His presence. He spoke and said, "My son I was so close to you, you could not feel me."
