Got a question i thought agi and str crit dmg doesn't combine?
They do, its just that if agi is higher than str then it will reduce the cdmg from str from 0.2 per str to 0.1

I think it's good. It has everything except Base ATK
so wat is dif between dex and str build
Str build more cdmg
Dex build more stability (very low increase in stab so Dex isn't really recommend)
Dex is good if you have accuracy% gears like niata's tiara.

I think that's the formula
so if you calculate cd10% cd20f in armor base cd char 150+50cd from str 200x10%=20 plus 200+20= 220+20f = 240cd
